The Automatic Duster is definitely a great variant for those who loves the dusters. The first model dusters are such a gem in terms of power and riding comfort. But it not at all succeeded because of it's Clutch. Most had sold it only because of their pain on the left leg because of hard clutch. Mostly, this variant would succeed because of the power and riding and comfort as same as the old one.♥️😍
Having driven one for over 4 years now.. i can totally relate
Definitely lacking the premium features
But the ride quality/stability and steering feel keep impressing me
I bought this top model RXZ CVT last week and enjoying driving it. I recently drove it to Narkanda too in Himachal Pradesh at an altitude of 9,000 and it climbs easily on snow and black ice too despite the fact that it's not a 4x4. I also did some offroading there up till 10,000 ft and it performed very well.

@@JOE-ob7ic one of my relative had a 2014 Duster Adventure RxL Dci (3 years back) and it was a manual. I remember it makes whistling while giving the throttle. I didn't used the CVT. I'm also using a Manual car and it also makes whistling. I think brother you must check the performance of the vehicle and compare it with the old experience. If it lacks power, then your Tubro is failing. If you can't find it, then just check it with any others who own the same model. And then give it to the service centre. I'm not at all good in vehicle's mechanism and other. I hope you can find it as soon as possible brother.🙂

first SUV of India ? I guess I must be old because I thought Willys Jeep aka Mahindra Jeeps and then much later, Hindustan Trekker, Tata Sierra, Sumo, Safari (1st gen) were certainly not sedans. But let me say this as a former Duster owner. No matter what the Koreans and others produce, no other car in the 10-25 lac car can be driven with as much confidence and comfort on bad roads as the Duster.If you want to drive a powerful compact SUV in bad road conditions in India, Duster (or its cousin Nissan Kicks) is still the best choice, period.
