●The official name is Kamomioya Jinjya Shrine.
●Founded before 90 BC.
●There are two main deities.
●One of them is Tamayorihimenomikoto, a female guardian deity, and the mother of Kamigamo Shrine's enshrineed deity.
●The other God is Kamotaketsunuminomikoto,Tamayorihimenomikoto's father.
●He is famous for transforming into a Yatagarasu and guiding Emperor Jimmu's army.
●Yatagarasu is a large crow with three legs.
●Yatagarasu is also the symbol of the Japan Football Association.
●The Tadasu Forest that stretches out on both sides of the approach is about three times the size of Koshien Stadium.
●There are 3449 trees of 56 species with a diameter of 10㎝ or more.
