@@TenebrisInfinite as a theorycrafter and optimiser myself, your videos help me a lot by minimzing the time i need to invest to optimize the setup of my builds for my taste 🙂
I'm building this one tonight. Noticed an additional efficiency: since the vial holder is placed on the table between the stove and the boiler, you can replace it with the T3 Distiller and remove the Strange Jug, (the distiller does both). It's a later game option, but is one less augment you need to have active in the build.
Dude, great eye that one totally slipped past me! Especially since part of why I built this was to save on augments, that's gunna be very helpful. Hopefully you enjoy! It can be a bit overwhelming at first because you get to see all your options at once, but it becomes such a smooth process even after just a few crafts :D
@@TenebrisInfinite I was upgrading from your Workshop build, which was a pretty good mid-game workshop for me. Before that, I'd toss all my built augments into a closet and just bring out the ones I needed for a given craft. I will suggest that newer players than me take advantage of NPC buildings by breaking anything you come across with the pick. Chests, NPC augments, lights, buildings... quick way to get molded glass, hinges, and gilded lumber early on.
Very tight setup and bringing Willamena and the trader in from the cold is a nice touch. As the realms are never the same, I was surprised to see your Abeyance Realm is very close in nature to my realm (I just have some steeper cliffs before the beach) and my current base is just a few meters further away than this one. Now I don't have to stress over moving to a different realm.
There are a few things i've noticed that are constant between realms, though some things are proc generated like forests cliffs and poi placement other things will always be the same, ie forests having a large swamp area, or wilhelmina being beside the trader at that site of power, same with nellie being on top of a cliff in the desert, though those are only in my instances/others i've played with, its been consistent enough to say that they are probably permanent features! Sorry for the info dump, but its funny how some things line up and are consistent in this game :D
dude just built the storage into the wall, accessible from both sides feggin smart, man! magic room reminds me of skyrim somehow, idk 😅 Crafting building with a bedroom made for kings, lessgooo
Dude that bedroom is the biggest vibe change! You're doing all your crafting then you go up to sleep and BAM bright red bedroom :'D Very much like the enchanter tables from skyrim, i even think they had a crystal ball on them which might be part of why i always use it with my enchant set up 🤔
REALLY liking the new system! Decided to make a new Winchester last night, and out of habit I started rooting thru my ingot/ore chest on the shelf before realizing I didn't need to do that anymore, lol. I went for a more aesthetically pleasing build than min/maxing, so with Bombardier and other slightly less "perfect" ingots I made a very pleasing grey/black rifle that still kicks out 1500 damage without looking like a clown weapon of purple and green. I split my crafting into 3 separate areas: Kitchen with stove, meat storage/seed/veggie storage and pressing station for oils and marinades, Sewing room/ lounge with loom/sewing machine and storage for pelts/twine/rope/etc, and finally the "man cave" with forge/carpentry bench/masonry table/enchanter's table. I built a traditional 2 story Tudor style manor with the workshop and kitchen on the ground floor, and bedroom/sewing room on the 2nd floor. A fireplace for each of the 2nd floor rooms as heating is accomplished by the crafting stations below. A patio on the 2nd floor with doors to each of the 2 rooms, and beneath it open air storage for plow and construction augments just for looks. I combined Tudor walls, pagoda flooring, Bhutan doors, and Bhutan railings with pagoda 2nd floor ceilings and finally Stave roofing. Got tons of "useless" augments simply because they fit as room accents and add a bit of charm to the place. I really hope Barden gets into this game, his Conan Exiles build designs are top-notch and I'd love to see what he can do with this game's tilesets. I've used many of his CE builds in my Conan game and they're amazing.
Ah my man, thank you very much for going the extra mile in support here on my channel, i can happily promise many many more tips to come in the future!! 💪
Ah interesting i assumed because it was the same between the art and the bhutan that the double bed would as well.. Thank you for sharing! i think ill whip up each bed and give them a test to see how the rest score is spread out :D
It seems that chest stacking was changed either in 0.3 or one of the patches following it, it's a shame as this is a great set up. For now you can only stack them once, but we'll be working with that and coming up with a new design soon here!
@@TenebrisInfinite so I just got it. Put the middle one in first and then the top. If you pull back some it will highlight to the middle. But, I could not access the middle one lmao. Maybe I had it too far in. I had to go to work after that.
If you got them in thats great, gives me some hope for revising this system - always try to aim for the feet of the chest if you can, its the easiest way to access each chest individually :)
**Hey folks, sadly chest stacking has changed and footed chests no longer stack upon themselves, stay tuned as we will have a new set up for 0.3 as soon as possible!
Here's all the augments for each crafting station, plus their costs! Crafting station costs will vary based on how many you'd like to place down :)

Great setups Tene! Love the in house merchant
They have this new base feeling way less empty than the old one, cornholio finally has some friends :') thank you kindly ponder!
Any way you might be able to do a fishing pole builds through the tiers
Absolutely can, that'd be a fun topic. Can't promise it this week but we'll definitely get to that one soon here!
I still haven't figured out what the new fishing stat actually does
I can only get a sleep comfort boost of 11 with a fine double bed(listed as tier 3) sheltered+1 well lit +1 warm+1

Lol I was distracted by the Valheim music 😅
I got so nostalgic when I went through my old music and found the Valheim soundtrack in there, had to use it! :D
