Tenebris, my man. I’ve followed your content since the very beginning, back in 2019, the good old days of Generation Zero. I’ve appreciated your coverage of that game so much, as well as the talks we’ve had on the forums. Anyway, I was definitely among those who were concerned for you when you disappeared. Really happy to see you’re back and doing well. 😊 Nightingale isn’t something I’m into at the moment. But I have two questions for you: Will you still be covering GZ to some degree? And are you still stoked for Road to Vostok? 😊
This is still good! They added a few new recipes with their own individual augments, namely the redcrosse gear; but this is still very much good to use. I do have a revised video for 0.2 that you can check out though, here's the link if you'd like to - th-cam.com/video/9itHe-U7wA8/w-d-xo.html
Best storage system for space efficiency is Voyagers chests on utilitarian shelves. You can put one under, over, and in both middle shelves. Letting you stack 4 high with 40 slots each. Footed chests might have 50, but stacking them is buggy, while taking over double the space, and using more precious resources. I keep it between my 2 work benches so it blends in nicely with my workshop, centered location so I can always get what I need with ease.
No not yet, but i plan to get to builds and set ups now that we have a good crafting system now! That way if people are following along here, the process will be simple and straight forward :D
@@TenebrisInfinite Thank you kindly for sharing your knowledge. I'm 100+ hours into the game and still only have some walls and some roofing area over a clumped up mess of crafting stations.
The Devs could and should just completely scrap the whole augmentation distance and slots system, it Ruins this already pretty good game, just make it you have to obtain the augmentation item craft it anywhere in that realm and poof your bench or whatever works Period,,, great Video keep up the fantastic work
I can see why they would want to encourage you to not just slap a bunch of augments and have them tucked in some closet where they'll never be seen again, cause then everyone will just spam the earlier augments rather then go for the better augments that are avaliable later in the game.
wow.. ok.. thanks. Your info is so helpfull. but OMG why do we have to go through this.. if only they would fix or even get rid of the Augment Limits on the workbenches.. and better yet .. FIX the damm Item build limit. ive already put this game on the shelf due to the Building limits.. its not a "build with friends" game .. :(
Thanks i try to keep things simple even though this game can be quite complicated. No hate for that, i think the game would greatly benefit from the devs increasing caps and limits sooner rather than later. Still happy to help, at least with this you can now craft everything hassle free! :D
That is part of the game system... It is actually a lot simpler than you would find if this were a real world scenario... The various bits are the same as any civilization needs to go through. Each part builds upon another a no single tool or 'workbench' is best or even great for all things. True enough, it makes things a bit slower but having a lower station to do the "drudge work" also frees up higher level stations for specialty stuff. It gives it the time and resource management aspect to it along with the building. I haven't had any issues on building with friends, we each take an aspect or two and use different augments to make specific stations, like for ammo making... we all know that particular bench is for ammo and gives the best yields... we have even set up specific realms optimized for farming or food prep and bring our stuff to those locations to get the best yield on certain items.
You can skirt around the build limit by seperating your base into modules. The build limit is per building (100 unique structure limit). The tiniest gap in the foundation line between each section will allow you to build larger structures and get around the 350 limit. My guess for the 350 limit is so people dont Tower of Babel their worlds or go over the memory limits of what the game can handle.

Couldn't you have setup those rooms on second floor of workshop build?
Am I going blind but I can't find your ultimate refining guide
Look for his "Workshop" build video - that's his refining setup.
I cant wait to turn my thrift store crafting room into this :) thanks again for great content.
Lets go, hope its an easy upgrade for you! And totally happy to provide it, cheers kymss thank you for watching 🙏

Awesome. Your first work bench is missing one augment. What would you put there now? Also the second bench is missing one as well
These videos are amazing keep up the good work!
A little late, had to take a big nap after work. :D
Big asia styled factory, lessgooo
Being new to the game,
Why do you need 3 cradting rooms?
Do these 3 rooms have a workbench and sewing station in each?

Uhh… need to ask, does the times, bonuses stacks? Or is in waste set more
They do stack, with this set up you get 30 seconds off crafting time when the campfires lit.

Lots of buffs and pluses in this build!
