when J and K both are 0, then we get the previous outputs. In that case the output is togeling for the 'high' duration of the clock. Why is that not called race around condition too?

Mam when we used the digital ic trainer 1004 ,the inbuilt flipflop is jk flipflop, so in that condition how to give a feedback? Or can we use the sperate AND gate as we used in videos and where RS is used as blocked flipflop
