By taking the data 1101 you actually explained clearly how data flows and received at the output. Almost every person takes data 1111 and completely defeats the purpose of explaining how data obtained at the output. Hats off, thanks a lot!!!!

Mam here clock pulse itself is not fed into enable pins of individual D-flip-flop , instead only raising edge and falling edge is fed into enable pins by using one input bubbled and-gate. And also this mechanism is possible due to propogation delay between input and out put of individual flip-flop due to glitches resulting from capacitance of transistor of gates or terminal gap if it's a relay.

But my question is when you apply an LSB to the input of D3 the output FF3 is Q3 which will be 1 at the falling edge of the clock hence Q3 is connected to the input of ff2 D2 so value accros D2 will be 1 right then if value accros D2 is 1 then Q2 also will be one at the negative edge of the clock and D2 is connected to the input FF1 D1 then same so my question is all this intervals are happing at the same clock cycle so how can we say it's sequential circuit all inputs and outputs are changing at the single clock cycle hence it's working concurrently.
