Most crispy roasted potatoes ever with rosemary

Ingredients:
1.3 kg potatoes
100 ml vegetable oil
2 sprigs rosemary
1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
60 ml olive oil
Pinch coarse salt
Instructions:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into large pieces. Boil them in salted water with coarse salt. At the same time, preheat the oven to 200C/400F. As soon as the potatoes are soft, drain them. Pour the oil into a tray and put it in the oven for 10 minutes. Then carefully add the potatoes to the tray with the heated oil. Add the pepper, smoked paprika, salt and mix well. Place the potatoes in the oven for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes. Finely chop the rosemary. Mix it in a bowl with the garlic powder and olive oil. When the potatoes have roasted for 1 hour, take them out, add the rosemary mixture, stir and return to the oven for 10 minutes. Serve with ketchup or other sauce as desired.
