I’m so glad I found you! I keep looking through Zillow listings and if the Great Schools rating is below 6 I skip it. But some of those neighborhoods look amazing and I’m wondering if the scores are accurate.
It’s important to drill down into the great schools ratings to see why they are rated low. Is it test scores? Is it equity? Is it student progress? If the low rating is based on something important to you, you may want to consider applying to another school. Feel free to email me to discuss further.
