Absolutly great! You saved me 500€ - all of my imaging drum kits are running still fine after another 2000 pages. When you apply your catch 22 i would recommend for others to ensure that the wires dont get in contact with the metal casing of the C610. Dont get confused if you receive a sensor error as there is a sensor that is often concealed by the wires. I used a 2,2 Ohm resistor b.t.w.
according to OKI tech support its nothing more than a dot counter, once you've reached the dot count they picked, they want you to buy a new cartridge that has a chip in it. the start up cartridges that come with the unit, do not have the chip. I was given a start up cartridge to replace the initial one, and the printer won't recognize that you've changed the cartridge.
Useful. Not that easy to get the wires in place but once you do it works well, as long as you disconnect VERY fast when the voltage spikes. Now, how do I get rid of this "Belt Unit Life" message? The message isn't so bad - I can still print. Except every time, the Windows driver tells me the printer is out of toner. Annoying and distracting.
