I am the person that’s been in the “calorie deficit” for months without any weight loss. About a month ago I switched from counting points (with lots of food being zero points) to calories and macros. I thought it was the plan not working for me but after watching this I realize it was ultimately from not being in n a deficit. Thank you for your videos. They are very informative and make so much sense.

Thank you for this video! Yes please, a video about improving the relation with food will be great. Most of us are heavy because we eat too much and not necessarily have an ED like the ones you mentioned. It’s a habit to eat large portions…

Jordan I would LOVE if you made a video about improving your relationship with food. I appreciate your content so much. I started losing weight during the pandemic and hit my lowest weight during that time. Since things have opened up I’ve been yo-yoing trying to figure out how to incorporate real life while furthering my weight loss. Your content has helped me so much. I think you losing 8lb in 4 weeks is so impressive because I struggle with doing the 800 to 1000 deficit required to lose 2/lb a week. I would love to see you talk more about how you manage sticking to the lower end of a healthy deficit. Thank you for everything you do. Sending love to you & your family. Your baby is beautiful and I think she favors you.

I would find a video about improving your relationship with food to be extremely helpful!! I am the typical yo-yo dieter that you explain in your video. I’ve been trying for 2 years to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight after having a baby but I do not stay consistent. I feel a lot of that is because of my relationship with food. I tend to obsess over food and think about it all of the time, like all of the time and tent to categorize “good” and “bad” foods. So yes, I would love a video on this topic. Thank you for all of the amazing information you provide!

Love the longer videos! I feel like I have more time to absorb the information you’re putting out there. I’ve recently had a lot of anxiety issues surrounding my health, basically I have cardiophobia and have an intense and irrational fear that my heart could just stop beating at any given moment without warning (I realize how ridiculous that sounds, but my anxiety convinces me it’s real). I’ve been to a doctor and had bloodwork, EKG’s, and a stress test, which everything was normal. This video helped me feel a little better today, which I am thankful for. I’m feeling inspired to start working out again and focusing on my physical health. Thank you! ❤

Loved this! It can be super hard to keep a healthy relationship with food even sometimes in smaller deficits so going super high is going to be *awful*! I took a maintenance break for awhile and it was nice to not think about things for awhile, but I did also sadly use that time to have an excuse to eat less good things than I normally would when tracking. The balance is tough for sure. I’ve missed the last few weeks of working out because our house keeps rotating on who gets sick so I’m glad I did get the year of inner circle, still bummed to feel like I wasted some of it. 😢

Your answers are based on facts, not opinions or emotions (well, at least those that ask about facts, not opinions 😅) and you always go deep into a subject and look at it from different perspectives. Because of that I feel like everything makes sense and I don't feel like giving up. 😅

I've recently started tracking my calories mainly because I was emotional eating. Also fasting for 16 hours I've realised wasn't working anymore because when my eating window opened I was so hungry I was eating to much in one sitting that I felt like crap. I'm 55 years old and am going through menopause so spacing my meals out reducing my fasting window to 12 to 14 hours is working a lot better. I came across your video on working out your calories deficit and it helped so much. Actually a lot of your advice is very good. I'm not overweight workout 4 to 5 times a week am a yoga instructor teaching 2 times a week and walk a few times a week. I was just carrying a little excess around the middle due to hormones I think. I can not believe how calories can add up and by keeping a journal and tracking my calories I'm able to see where I was going wrong. I'm also vegan so I noticed my protein wasn't that high so I could adjust their as well. I won't be doing this always but now that I have an idea on portion control and by extending my macros over the day, it's working a treat. I love your approach to this subject. Simple and straight forward. Thanks.

Loved this video.. kinda hated it 🤦🏼‍♀️ I just don’t know if I should be in more of a calorie deficit. My weight is stuck.. I know I have to give myself some grace as I am going through HRT but I really want to lose weight so I don’t hurt so bad 😢 Thank you for all you do. Life is a Marathon, not a sprint. 🙏🏼

Thank you for your content. I always learn so much and you've really helped me start to strengthen my relationship with food. Do you have any content that discusses metabolic damage? You reference damaging your metabolism in this video a few times but I'm not sure I really understand what that might look like/feel like.

I really enjoy your honesty and all the knowledge you share! Very beneficial for me to continue to grow and get better each day. Do you have any tips or suggestions for someone who has ulcerative colitis? Nutrition is everything but it’s also very challenging. Thanks!

Love the flags in the background 💙 Great video. Answered a lot of my questions. I would be interested in the video about a healthy relationship with food. Can we also see more mini neenee in the vids? Lol

Definitely would love tips and advice on improving relationship with food. Biggest challenges for me are having busy weekends with meals out and social events and around vacations. I'm actually ok with letting myself go around Christmas day for a day or 3 or even more for some reason
