I started with CorelDRAW v.1 and ended with v.3, although I do still use Corel PhotoPaint v.7. The last time I used Adobe Illustrator, it was still Aldus Freehand (I drew an awesome picture of the Cadillac Seville I had at the time. I do use PhotoShop, now, but no vector software at this moment. I have 2 laser machines ( a diode and a CO2) ordered and on the way, so I'm going to have to get back into the vector graphics again. Thank goodness for TH-cam! It's where I learned everything I know.
I love Lightburn, for the cost there is nothing that can touch it. There are no strings attached, once you buy the program, it’s yours. You don’t NEED to update it, you don’t NEED to subscribe to anything, one of the best tools I’ve bought in the last 10 years. I wish there was a hobby CNC program as good Good video.
I've been tempted to try it, but so far XCS does all we need from it, and I use Inkspace, a program i'm familiar with, to do the heavy vector work. Maybe someday.
Ford Escort is much cheaper and will out live any Porsche plus Gen 3 escorts get 37 mpg and let's not even talk about the price difference in repairs a ford escort engine will last well over 400k miles just saying

We absolutely love Lightburn. It has so many features and well worth the cost. IMHO, it's the best laser software out there.
Agreed! I wont even consider a machine that isn't compatibility with it at this point.

Nice, thanks for the info, I'm not gonna waste my money on lightburn
Im curious to hear what you think. Do you use Lightburn or do you prefer other software? Comment below!
I use both Lightburn & Laser GRBL. It just depends on the project I am doing and which Laser I am using.
Seems I'm going to start collecting tattoos - (lasers)
