Great recipe! May I suggest adding some protein (soy chunks, paneer, or any meat if you are up to it) too? Making this a regular lunch meal would mean running into protein deficiency :(

Hello sir/madam the aloo rice we made is like an average . The potato is really raw so I think the masala didn't get absorbed as it should be , did you boil the potato and then put it in the oil or just raw potato chopped into pieces. Pls clear this doubt
The potatoes should be cut into very small pieces , it will get cooked through in the time specified .Hope this helps
