Thank you very much! The button cover for my 2012 CTS Coupe broke and I ended up pushing the button itself inside my door panel. Tried fishing it out. Nope. Found your video and got the button out the door in less than 15 minutes. Then ordered the part I needed for $50 online. I did what the dealership was going to charge me over $400 for In 15 minutes and for a fraction of the cost. Thank you!

Thank you for posting this. Now I know I can just buy a new door button and not have too tear the door apart to get to it. Driver side button is going bad. Can't get out of my Caddy quickly. Lol

Its a year later but im sure you are now aware that you can just take apart the button and clean the contacts... no need for replacement....
