The caller is actually pretty nice and patient, if it was other people they might have been screaming and shouting already. It's just unfortunate that even with saying the English alphabet he skipped letter K.
This is probably one of the funniest videos I have seen in youtube! It never fails to give me a jolt of laughter everytime I watch it. Simply the best! Thanks for the upload and more laughters to come!
Reminds me when i briefly worked with Safaricom Directory services. A lady with a very eloquent British accent called asking for the number for Sannyvore. Its after she gave the spelling that I found she wanted the number for Carnivore Restaurant along Lang'ata Road, Nairobi
I actually think this "EK" letter could find some legit uses in the English language. It would allow people to spell out vomiting sound effects more accurately, for instance.
Its 2022 still listening to this... Maybe Khamakka has an "ampersand" on his last name... 😂 Just Like Russel Peter's "!bile" Dude's got a click on his name !!! 🤣
If we (agents) don't understand the letter on how our customers pronounce it, we can also ask them to say the word slowly, only then we can think what should be the next letter, from there we can then ask them is it "K for Kilo?" This is what I do especially if I get to talk to Arab, Indian, and vietnamese customers.
@bonggaff he is not an Arab.........he said "maybe you can go to Mexico" so i think he is Mexican, and he is saying Oi which is like Spanish Expression and i am a Filipino and we adopt the word Oi also(well in French Oi is Yes but thats different)
A common problem then even we can address the concern the only problem is how they use the letters i do encounter it many times even supervisors can even assist it until they get a advocate or someone that can assist them
just want to let everyone know that EK is the official last letter of the alphabet ... according to Maris dictionary .... hahahah pagsure diha dong oi hahah
I didn't know that Supervisor is a superhero! I can't spell B-R-E-EK-EK-E-R! I didn't know that ELEMENO is a letter! The caller didn't know that he's disconnected because HE'S FCUKING INSULTING and NOT because he didn't paid the bill! and... I can't still stop laughing! XD
@bonggaff but how about "ELEMENO"... Please explain if they really thought it's one letter only... The convo is funny though... Not the caller nor the best of the visor "SUPERVISOR"...
Na remember ko yung customer ko number yun nag count kami from 0 -10 then natapos nmn ang 10 then sabi niya 0 then after 0 that will be the number di ko nmn kasi ma intndihan kahit anung pa ulit ulit 😂 kaya need pa namin mag kinder counting numbers HAHAHHAHA PERO at the same time super nakakawala ng stress kasi tawa ako ng tawa 😂😂😂
bwahahhahahahahhaha!!!!!! Bwahhahahhahahahhahaha.... Mga bata!!!may bago ng pronunciation and Letter K.. K for EK EK..hahhahahahaha... EK EK EK AMBUTSIKI EK EK EK>..hahhahahahahahahhaha ang dami kong tawa!!!!
he pronounced K already. what the? anyways i had the same situation before, twas not the ek tho, twas S and the customer pronounced it as zch, and she thought it's a single letter, the surname was schult. i just changed the z to s and then asked for other primary information and then agreed that it's zch. haha
@kirbang07 No he is not a prank caller. The fellow is an arab. In the arabic alphabet which consist of 28 letters, X is Xaa(pronounce as KAA) and K is Kaaf. Reading and writing in arabic begins from left to right K or Kee and guess how will you say it,--EKK. That's where the problem lies...I admire the fellow because he's smart and educated at that. Before their time, no formal english education is present -its good there are now. I should know because I mingled with them in six years (Jeddah)
@daliaamor23 As you pronounce it LMNO. Letters for them (Arabic) can be read not in single letter just like letter A is ALIF, K is KAAF and so on, so the mix up.
I work at Customer Service in a Call Center and this is really common and accurate
yeah. but if the customers are like this. I unplug my headphone. and sleep set an alarm for 30 minutes
¿¡¡
¡
¿¿¿¿
Hahahaha
anyone knows what nationality is this guy.
This never gets old. 😂
Heck yes, I'm still watching this. Haha.
I laughed so hard when he gave all the alphabet and I was surprised when there's actually letter "ek" after the Z! 🤣
the female operator already got it the first time! b-r-e-k-k-e-r! hahaha
that should be it but... 😂
damn it, it gets my anxiety out.
But the cx said no
Sounds more like ბრეყყერ
The caller is actually pretty nice and patient, if it was other people they might have been screaming and shouting already. It's just unfortunate that even with saying the English alphabet he skipped letter K.
i died laughing when he started giving the all alphabet lol
Obviously the caller is just having fun with the agents lol
The agent gave up too fast, it wasn't even a Supervisor call. Haha. I would die if I was the agent. It was too funny. Haha
This has been here for so long now, I wonder if the Supervisor and the Agent have listened to this already hahahaha
actually im looking for a prank that someone made to me
I’ve been searching for this video for 12 years!!!!!!! 🤣🤣🤣 finally found it again
honestly,, i can't help to pity the guy.. he seems so desperate to call his friend..
Best solution for this inconvenience is use phonetic code, like A for alpha, B for bravo, C for Charlie
Even then they are like: is it H for Hotel? Nooooo, H for Harry.
This is probably one of the funniest videos I have seen in youtube! It never fails to give me a jolt of laughter everytime I watch it. Simply the best! Thanks for the upload and more laughters to come!
0:44 LEGEND!😂😂
I admire the agents and the caller, very patient to each other. Very funny circumstances though. :D
Old but gold!!! The best of visor cannot!!! Hahahahaha
Hahahhaha
ELEMENO is one letter? ahhahah hilarious LOL
The fact that the whole video could have been avoided 57 seconds in xD
Exactly, she got the spelling correct at that point.
when he finished the whole alphabet and then there's one more letter which is the "Ek"😂
Ek way zi
when its "K" instead of "ek-ek".. i couldnt stop laughing, though (:
Hahaha. Until now, this is still alive 🤣🤣🤣. Heard this when I was starting out in the call center industry (decades ago)
*that one part he cried then sing*
I'm the supervisor that time, that was me hahahaha
When he has to say EK instead of E and K 🤣
And then the Super Visor 🤣🤣🤣
B-R-E-EK-EK-E-R then the spells Breekeker instead of brekker btw that alphabet thing killed me when it reached the end W X Y Z And EK! XD
In the end of alphabet, you've been killed. So how are you able to comment here. Are you now a ghost? 😱😱💀😄😶
Never been old🤣 supervisor should have done phonetics
Reminds me when i briefly worked with Safaricom Directory services.
A lady with a very eloquent British accent called asking for the number for Sannyvore.
Its after she gave the spelling that I found she wanted the number for Carnivore Restaurant along Lang'ata Road, Nairobi
The caller seems a nice guy's hahaha.
Yep..never gets old 😂😭
I actually think this "EK" letter could find some legit uses in the English language. It would allow people to spell out vomiting sound effects more accurately, for instance.

Its 2022 still listening to this...
Maybe Khamakka has an "ampersand" on his last name... 😂
Just Like Russel Peter's "!bile" Dude's got a click on his name !!! 🤣
i never thought that there would be harder calls than irate customers....
super THUMBS UP! one of most hilarious vid/call i've ever heard!
If we (agents) don't understand the letter on how our customers pronounce it, we can also ask them to say the word slowly, only then we can think what should be the next letter, from there we can then ask them is it "K for Kilo?"
This is what I do especially if I get to talk to Arab, Indian, and vietnamese customers.
This is so funny!!!!!!Maybe if he gave another word that starts with the letter in question it may have solved the problem.LOLOLOLOl
LEGENDARY PHONE CALL EVER>
SUPERVISOR!! :))
AHAHAHA.. THE INTERMISSION WAS GREAT! =))))))

Hi, does anyone know who owns the copyright for this? I want to use a segment of it in an animation at work!
Khamaka Brekker went to the store
B-R-EK-EK-E-R.
O.M.G, so funny. EK-EK. I can't stop laughing.
I worked at Directory assistance this is really common and accurate
Only Filipino agent will understand ek ek word🤣🤣
Abucheke ek ek..😅
It's killing me🤣ek ek if a Filipino agent in counter that he solve his problem🤣
my patience broken😂😂
I'm here again. Hehehe! 😆😆😆
The supervisor must use his instinct to identify the letter. the customer already mentioned Khamaka also start with EK. This is very poor service.
The elemeno got me..
I did'nt know that there was letter "EK' in the alphabet hahaha.
I had encontered the same customer, he can't pronounced the letter E properly. Good thing i was able to seen this video now i knew what is Ek.

A common problem then even we can address the concern the only problem is how they use the letters i do encounter it many times even supervisors can even assist it until they get a advocate or someone that can assist them

@bonggaff but how about "ELEMENO"... Please explain if they really thought it's one letter only... The convo is funny though... Not the caller nor the best of the visor "SUPERVISOR"...
too funny xD but poor caller, the operator wasn't paying attention, the person already said "khamaka starts with the same letter"
But why does that help if he doesn't know the letter anyways?
I was expecting of ".. H, i, j, ek, elemeno..." HAHAHA
Elemeno is one letter?
