Sadly, an oxymoron. Don't expect the agents of satan, lawyers, to help you with regards to enforcing your God-given rights. For that you'll have to stand on faith in Jesus the Christ. The Organic Laws for the United States are a good starting point, though.

For the people who don't know, 42 USC § 1983 does not grant any remedies nor is it a cause of action on it's own. This statute merely grants federal courts a particular subject matter jurisdiction to hear claims where civil rights were deprived under color of law. Why does this matter? Because you need to be able to specifically state facts as to what was done to you by one of these state actors, and what actual injuries you suffered as a direct result. Private individuals can also be liable under this statute if they are working with government officials.
The other big caveat here is knowing where you stand before these courts. If you do not specifically rebut the presumption that you are a US CITIZEN (citizen of the United States) and/or you invoke any amendment to the Constitution beyond XIII (13), you will have an uphill battle. The reason is that there are at least two distinct classes of citizens regarded by the Constitution. If you are a US CITIZEN you have no rights or privileges, the Bill of Rights does not apply to you...you are fully at the mercy of the court. If you choose to be a Citizen of the several States (US Constitution Article IV § 2), you are regarded as one of the people (i.e. We the People).
The 14th amendment was created primarily to deceive freed involuntary slaves into becoming voluntary slaves, and the amendments post 13 were never passed in a lawful manner despite claims to the contrary in certain courts.

      False...
Misinterpretation, repackaged and said repeatedly by many ignoring all case law that destroys your arguments...
Funny thing is the 14th amendment applies to the states not the person claiming it goofy, and the language is so clear how could one even utter such nonsense 🤦 DUE process, EQUAL protection CLAUSES mean anything to you 🤷
The reason 1983 doesn't grant remedy is because the states are all following a tort claim act, there's remedy set up at the state level strictly for civil rights infringements by state actors, which is why there's a insurance requirement before employment of that oath of office by state actors...
State torts are basically auto insurance for your rights and generally cap at 100-300k per occurrence...
Your complaint is strictly about your facts of the case, not if you are a citizen 🤷 our rights are God given and are not up for debate to see if you are a citizen or not even if are not a citizen you have fundamental rights... The government doesn't grant rights, the fact if you are a citizen or not is irrelevant to being damaged... Diversity claims are an actual thing 🤨🤨🤨
Injunctions, and sanctions are forms of remedy, especially attorneys fees, so you actually trying to sound like you are trying to deceit people because that seems exactly what you are trying to do... Just saying
Sovereign citizen defined by the government is not the citizen that are sovereign or in their arguments, any idiot can misinterpret the law, but a person who understands and can use the law for benefit automatically becomes sovereign... Marinate on that and stop watching videos...

Can you find any 1983 Cases in the following? I cannot seem to find an attorney to take a case.
    1. Jersey County Sheriff keeps parking on my property.
Property is posted with “No Trespassing” signs. Sheriff parks right in front of a sign. I
have told him several times to stay off my property. Says he is doing police business so it
    is OK.
    2. Jersey County Sheriff “Welcomes” new black family to town.
New tenants (Black) move into rental house. Sheriff stops mother and children while
carrying in groceries to “Welcome” them. In this day and age, of course this scares the
hell out of them. This was a threat. It is an all white town. They moved out shortly after
this, long before their lease was up.
    3. JPD ilegally stops and searches couple for walking 2 blocks to work. Cops did not
know them. City did not like her hairstyle and boyfriend was Puertorican from Miami.
    They committed no crime.
3A. JPD arrests new employee for refusing to leave work.
New employee was sent outside to disperse crowd before police were called. Police do
show up and tell her to leave the area. She was physically stopped from going back inside
by cop as she was expected to do. Then arrested for not obeying the cop. Cop makes up
false charges about “canning” and employee was jailed, arrained, and fined. She
committed no crime. Police collected no evidence and did no testing.
3B. JPD. Same employee and boyfriend forcefully evicted from home where they were
staying without any due process. Evictions are supposed to be done by sheriff and court
order. She was threatened by police if she said anything.
    4. JPD. Jerseyville is a cesspool for ilegal drugs. You can find used needles everywhere,
in children's yards, on sidewalks, in the street. Police Chief says that he knows everyone in that
town and what each are doing. Then why can they not stop the drug traffic? JPD officers
have been caught transporting drugs before. It is the police that is selling the drugs.
    5. JPD orchestrates “Bomb Threat” at my business to detain patrons and search building
for drugs without a warrant. They found no drugs, never were any. JPD working for
    competitors.
    6. JPD illegal searches and seizures.
You cannot walk or drive through that town without being stopped. You do not have to
commit a crime or driving infraction. You cannot push a baby in a stroller without being
searched. If you walk past a cop, you have to turn out your pockets. If the cop does not
know you, you will be stopped and searched without a warrant. If you are walking down a
sidewalk and carrying a coffee, you will be told to pour it out.
    7. ISP illegally detains me for doing what I am licensed to do. I owned the bar, I owned
the property. I had all licenses, including IGB location and IGB Handlers licenses.
When trying to assist other repairmen, ISP tells me to “Sit Down and Shut UP.”. 1st and
4th Amendment violations. I barred her from ever coming back.
    8. 3 months after closing my business of 22 years, the FDA/CTP sends me a letter saying
that I sold cigarettes to a minor, two times, wanting several thousand dollars with an
    Offer in Compromise.
I have all the paperwork, websites and video recordings.
Apparently they do not send minors inside anymore, they just say they did.
And their officers can walk through solid walls and locked doors, avoid 26 recorded
cameras inside and outside, bypass monitored alarm systems, and buy products from
    empty machines.
A huge black lady was sent in to verify that I was closed permanently. She was armed,
    federally credentialed and in uniform.
This is a nationwide scam by our federal government victimizing all businesses that sell
    cigarettes.
They did not expect to get caught by someone that had closed the business permanently.
    9. JPD chief refuses to take misconduct complaints about his officers 3 times and
threatens me with arrest “or worse” if I tried to file a complaint again about police
    misconduct.
    10. JPD ilegally detains wife and I.
My wife and I were leaving our bar.
Police had been called about someone pulling into our lot. Not a crime.
Police being there had nothing to do with me. We committed no crime.
Police had parked a “Blacked-Out Unmarked” police car directly behind me. It looked
like a ghost with no lights and sitting in the road at night.
I barely saw the car in time to stop when backing out as there were several marked cars around with all lights on.
I asked police to move the car so we could leave and the cop threatened to arrest me.
So we were illegally detained for about an hour or so.
Although there was no one inside the car, I could only imagine what the story would have been if I had hit that car.
    11. JPD sends in a bartender from another bar to stay past closing time so cops could
arrest me. The cops never spoke to the CI at all until CI asks cop, “Am I free to leave
now?” Sure. I called the cops by law to remove her and they arrest me. I got fined.
Bartender was let go. It clearly was a set-up. The judge went along with it. There was no
due process. The judge did not even ask if I was guilty, he just fined me and threatened to
make the fine 10x the next time.
    12. JPD has an officer standing just outside our door asking patrons if they had sold all
their drugs. Officer was in uniform, but with name tag removed. There never was any
    drugs. Just bad cops.
    13. JPD had six marked police cars circle my business repeatedly for about an hour. It
was like a carousel. I had two patrons and both were vets. We got a good laugh.
    14. Jersey County Sheriff stops patron after he pulls into parking lot. Searches truck. Said
his headlights were not on in broad daylight. Sheriff made up law that does not exist. I
    have some of stop recorded.
    15. Officers from JPD, Jersey County, and ISP tase a 15 year old mentally challenged boy
to death for carrying a Bible on a public sidewalk. Broad daylight, on the main
street, and in front of several witnesses. Police lied on report saying he was tased two
times. St.Louis coroner reported 6 times. Google Roger Holyfield.
    16. After the family filed suit over Roger, stepmother’s house burns down killing her
other son and little granddaughter. Of course the local fire chief said the fire was caused
by an extension cord. I think not. The stepmother was my employee and the man killed in
the fire was a previous tenant.
    17. Patrons were constantly being pulled over or stopped while walking or driving to my
business and searched without RAS or consent. Police never found drugs.
    18. A City of Jerseyville building inspector (Jeff Soar) impersonated a “Plumbing
Inspector” when he told me that he was a plumbing inspector and pointed out some things
that needed to be corrected. Besides being wrong about what he pointed out he did not
have a Plumbing License or a Plumbing Inspector’s license as required by Illinois state
law, according to the State Plumbing Inspector Jim Popov.
    19. This same City Inspector (Jeff Soar) also threatened to shut down my business of 22
years if I were to get up on my roof for any reason. I have maintenance issues to perform
on my roof such as my Central Air Conditioning unit, my refrigeration unit for my walk
in cooler and the removal of leaves and debris.
    20. When trying to get a city permit, Jeff Soar told me that I cannot personally perform
roof maintenance or replace my roof by state and local law. He refused to show me that
law and said that I had to find it myself.
He said that all roof work must be done by a paid licensed roofer.
    Wrong again.
After investigation, I found that I CAN in fact perform all carpentry and decking work.
The only thing that I cannot perform (BY Law) is the final shingling.
When I tried to show this City Inspector my designs for my roof modification (Trusses),
he said that I had to have a professional truss company to design the trusses.
    Wrong again.
Not only did I not have to have a company to design the trusses, Fischer Lumber of East
Alton approved my designs without any changes and gave me a quote on prefabbing the
    trusses.
I find that this City Inspector is a menace to the City of Jerseyville, an imposter and will
eventually cause the city to be sued in a 1983 case.
    21. I think that city officials including the police chief is involved in drug trafficking and
    RICO activity at another bar.
There was one incident when a lady was found passed out on the RR Tracks near our
building by one of my patrons. The lady found was not our patron and was never on our
    property and proven by recordings.
But the responding officers walked directly over to my bar and threatened all of us to shut
us down for over serving. When the police were informed that the lady was not our
customer and could have only come from 1 other place, they ignored it and refused to go
next door to the other bar.
The RR Tracks was in front of both bars.
The police would commonly stay away from that bar for any reason, burn outs and other
DWIs, fights, and other bar problems.
That bar was having naked bartenders and the police refused to do anything.
Jerseyville is a cesspool for illegal drugs. You can find used needles everywhere, in
children's yards, on sidewalks, in the street. The Police Chief says that he knows everyone
in that town and what each are doing. Then why can they not stop the drug traffic? JPD
officers have been caught transporting drugs before. It is the police that is selling the
    drugs.
I personally refused to sell their drugs or to allow drugs to be sold on my property. I
installed 26 cameras inside and outside my property and wore a body camera to catch
these police officers. They did not like that.

42 USC 1983 allows you to seek redress for rights, privileges, or immunites deprived under color of law that are secured by the Constitution for the United States OR laws. Laws can include treaties that the United States has entered into, as well as federal and state statutes. You know what happened to you and if you have evidence, you can bring a cause against them. If you are not the type who wants to speak for himself in court, you may be able to contact the ACLU for assistance...though the rule of life tends to be if you want something done right you'll have to do it yourself.

Oh gosh I actually remember reading about this? I am in Madison County and this was spread all over! But will say Madison County city police officers are so much more worse!!! And they literally get by with everything it’s so sad that these small towns do in fact will get by with every wrong doing! There will never be justice for us! I am unfortunately looking for a new attorney and suing my “ former attorney “ because he failed to file my case but yet stayed in contact with me for 5 years because I was beaten so severely in my own house while I was handcuffed and even though it was the wrong house nobody deserves what happened to me, then I was placed in a cell for 3 days denied medical treatment over and over I ended up losing my left eye and have had 4 eye surgeries, 11 back surgeries to only get the right surgoun in 2022 at Barns Hospital that took over 10 hours to remove my spine and replaced it with 2 donors spine! Hell I have a US Marshel helping me and still can’t get a lawyer so I’m doing it myself I have no choice I’m tired of living in fear every time someone comes to my door this officer ruined my life I’m now 46 have never disrespected the law never ever been arrested, he pounded in my head that he will kill me if I ever say anything but no no more I can’t do this and now he is a police officer in Edwardsville, Illinois! He is a very violent person! He knows where I live and says he can do it and get by with it! My SA doesn’t care my State Representative doesn’t care, our Governor doesn’t care! I have no idea what I am doing but I’m going to try!! Ohh yes the Mayor definitely apologized to me sooo many times and then tells me I definitely deserve compensation that happened in March of 2023 and please find it in my heart to forgive him for NOT doing the right thing then “ he was the EAPD chief at the time “ so now as of yesterday he has me come to a city meeting while the city Attorney was there and says to me I am not to contact the Mayor no longer at anytime and I was told to sue the city ! Okay! I’m doing that I have been trying to do this! I am desperately seeking justice and help!
