Once you get a least 3 to 4 strategic points and tons of waaagh banners up, you good to go. The Orks overall buildings plus banners give you more than enough defense to keep your main base protected.

IIRC, Orks don't actually have hair. Instead they breed these Squigs to attach to their heads to look like hair. In this case, the Orks probably chose blue because "Blue iz da Luckiest!"
god, the fact he never sends his squiggoth into melee and then gets his whole army wiped by battlesuits behind a greater knarloc is incredibly irritating to watch.. how can you see the 1600-2000 melee damage and just ignore that???
To attack in melee you first need to position it and pathing is a nightmare for a unit of this size and even then, it only hits 65% of the time. Ranged damage (big 'Zzzzap gun') at least got 75% accuracy and deals pretty good DPS + you bring this unit to soak damage rather than make it your prime damage dealer.

Even after a year I like to come back and watch this series. Somehow, watching Orkz destroy everything in their path is very therapeutic.

I've always captured at least three of the enemy's zones before I go for their base. I had no idea you could just charge in there on turn 2

So basically if you don't rush the enemy like a mad man than eventually they will outnumber you and you'll get krumped
