The chain popped off my son's bike once but we quickly learned that this bike wasn't built to take a beating a couple knots and bolts fell off that bar that you were pointing out the support for the engine is broken and the flywheel broke at least three to four times other than that my son loves it we're taking it out again tomorrow to hit the dirt Trail
Trini AakoN Flywheels broke did you have to replace the engine each time?? flywheels are in the crankcase move the piston up and down . or was it the Clutch ?
You say you added a aluminum bar , but it is not clear in the video . I just got a SYX moto for my grand kids boy 3, girls 5 & 9 I will be working on it before they ride it lock tight all the bolts making training wheels 40$ in parts from Harbor freight Hope by next year the training wheels come off .
@@ld3941 Thanks for the Video , I been watching others with the same clutch trouble , seems like it happens more with Teens 160 pound riding one The other Grandkids are all over 14 and are not going to ride the syx . Its just for the little ones 9 5 3 year olds .
Can you make a video of the training wheels? I brought one for my 6 yr old who can ride it! But my 4 year old isn't quite there yet. Wanted to make some for his. They will be Christmas gifts so I wanted to do everything I saw ppl changing out before they start riding. I've ordered ngk plugs and loctite on the bolts during assembly. Im gonna try and make this motor mount as well!
What do you think the issue is if the bike starts fine but when you ride after 15-20 seconds it starts to slow down and you feel the bike slowing down.
Hate to bug yiu man but I just cleaned the hole carburetor and new plug and new gas and it still is cutting out When yiu go to ride it it goes for about 20 yards wide open then dies not sure what the deal is lol though I would ask you
I got the clutch off Amazon and some things off of the website wish. the clutch came with a whole transmission and new sprockets but that's for a future video.

Where did you find the clutch assembly, was it expensive? I've seen a replacement motor is only 100 bucks

Enjoy watching you ride. You are getting so good.
I pulled the axle back with the chain adjustment, like a regular motorcycle, to tighten the chain. Havent had an issue since.
Nice. Yeah tried that too. Worked out good for a little bit. But it still happened more than I like.

What dio you need to stop the chain from falling off the sprocket.

Your a good dad
How did. Clutch improve acceleration
It was a whole lot better had a little better stall for more RPM definitely worth the improvement.
Can the pull start easily be converted to kick start? We need to replace the pull start so was wondering before we order it?
Not to my knowledge. but they are cheap enough and easy enough to replace. I would recommend the aluminum version. very tough
@@ld3941
What length of aluminium bar did you use to stop the chain from falling off the sprocket.
Do you have the link for the part
No direct link it’s been a few years I bought it off wish.com. That’s how old it is and it was really just a guess that it would work.

Check your clutch. It could be overheating a little bit starts to slip

Anybody know what's that part called on. The red Springs
can I buy that for $280? I've been looking around and I can't find any. They're all out of stock
Bruh let the kid have his fun 😂😂
You need to buy 'em out of season then ride them when it's better out (or when it's cold if you don't care)
I loosend the 4 bolts so cluth is exposed too the middle on out and its not budging
