I ran that pipe. It made well. Stainless steel. problem with it is it is too big. The smaller expansion chamber pipes give higher performance gain. looks like the wrong carb and wrong plug.
I got a free Zoom Q50 cuz the 2 previous owners couldn't get it started. Took me a look at the schematics, an extra battery and cleaning a couple connections and it fired.

Take the cap off the end of the pipe and remove all the packing from inside the silencer. Night and day difference in improvement of power.

if it only runs with choke on, check your gaskets for leaks.
