I love the low level noise and so does my shih-tzu. She didn't even budge when I turned it on. She doesn't mind it at all.

Quiet as promised. My rat terrier yelps with each nail when clipped. She adapted pretty quickly to the sound and we are able to grind a couple of nails at a time now. I think she actually enjoys the feel of her nail being groomed!

Really quiet and so far my corgi is okay with that. I'm doing a few nails at a time to get her used to how it vibrates when it touches her nails. So far it's working great!

I hate nail clippers, had a bad experience once and hurt my dog cause overcut her nail…. With this nail grinder I can see how much I’m filing and I’m not over clipping her nails. Also the flashlight is very nice so i can see where the blood vessel is!

Hi Bill, please try to hold the lid on the sides, then pull the lid up as hard as possible.
