Of the 1700+ views this video has, I might have contributed to 50 of them! This concept hit me between the eyes as a way to reduce my setup/break down time, clean up my work surface and reduce a ton of wires. I just ordered a bunch of components to create my own version of this rig. Thanks for the inspiration to do this!
This video is super dope, and I've been heavily inspired by it as I'm building efficient rack cases to make set up, tear down, and execution of the event as quick and/or efficient as possible. I do have a question: what kind of shelf and what kind of mounting solution did you use to house/mount your Touchmix?
@@Jason_Jani I just purchased the dennon go (battery powered ) and I use the new jbl battery powered speakers .... I handle a lot of coastal and vineyard ceremonies where power is not available ... this has turned out to be a great ceremony unit for that reason as well how easy and quickly we can set it up .... it’s also a great back up unit as well .... thanks again for sharing what ya do!!!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
I've done similar racks only thing I would have done differently is try to move the mixer to the top. I hate having to bend over and struggle to make adjustments if needed. Nice work as always.
Wondering what length cables you used for the box too avoid over crowding? Great video, using this template to build my first ceremony rack. Thank you!
Any reason you went with 5 male and 5 female xlr and what looks like 4 1/4 connections rather than 6 male xlr ,4 female xlr and 4 combo female trs/xlr like what Mirrors on the mixer ?
@jasonjani Just got a Roto rack for a wedding in Florida so I could fly down with it, screws constantly come loose in the shelf…have you found a high quality shelf? Thank you for continuing to inspire so many and all the content you give away❤
Onr case if for ceremonies, small events, and under it is my streaming kit, so I can the ability to break the cases apart and they are super easy to move around, to load and to store, yet super impactful.

Thank you for that.

Love the videos. Curious if you have outputs for power to your powered speakers and lighting in the rack? Didn't see any.
No bc most of the venues have plenty of power access
Love to see a video on the settings you use for the touchmix. Waiting for mine to come. Thanks for everything you do!
Coming soon!
The QSC Touch Mixers are awesome for this application. Nice rig Jason!
They def are. Thank you!
Love the overlays in the video....and your decks are out of control...f'n DOPE!
I love this set up, incorporating the router is brilliant!
Game changer...Adds so many options for you!

@@irgarza52 true but honestly using an iPad to access the mixer has me never needing to touch it once we are live bc i can do it remote.
@@Jason_Jani true didnt consider that factor. I use a Bose digital mixer it doesn't have that feature.

I’ve been looking for something like this! 👍👍🙌
Great Video Jason!
Is there a link for the rack you mounted the touchmix to?
Jason, is the Touchmix mounted in the shallow rack? If so, which sliding shelf did you get to fit. I use a shallow, but most shelves don’t fit.
Very informative...... Awesome work. Jason Jani :-)
Thank you for coming by!

Hey Jason, you have the lnk for the custom panel you created on Redco?
no you have to built yourself on their site.
Will you be leaving the TouchMix in that rack for transport? How are you holding it down on the sliding shelf? I'm guessing it's locked down somehow?
Yes it is locked down under it to the shelf.

I’m thinking about the TouchMix but I’ve heard it overheats and freezes. Is that arrumar problem?
Never had any issues with any of mine, and i use three different ones.
Where you getting these colored cables at?!
Why are you using 2 6U cases? Am I stupid or are you only loading the top one? Is the lower one functioning as storage?
I also love my TM-8 btw

What is in the lower rack?
That is set for my media.... build coming soon!
More gear vids pls!
This one was really good!
