You should do a gym wear/gym outfits lookbok or something x) because your sporty outfits are the absolute best, they always inspire me to choose certain colors and cuts, and this has made all the difference, it makes me feel great & energized at the gym instead of sluggish and unattractive. Looking nice makes one feel awesome and more inspired.
Be careful with your cortisol! I had adrenal fatigue which caused me to develop a chronic pain condition called complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) and nerve problems in my legs which caused me to be paralyzed in my legs for some months. The amount of dieting/supplements/physical therapy I had to do was insane. This is a warning to everyone reading this! Take care of you mental health because stress can hurt your body in ways you can't imagine! I was 15 and paralyzed! I am so lucky I was able to gain back 90% ability in my legs. My nerve damage could have been so much worse. So glad you're doing well Rachel. You are so inspiring and have such a wonderful energy. I love your content.
Great video, Rachel! That dress is stunning. I was wondering if you've ever dealt with stretch marks? Any advice on ways to fade them quicker or just be generally less anxious about them would be really good.
I love you ascetic and style. You have inspired me (a pack rat) to embrace minimalism. I've gotten rid of a lot of stuff and am trying to apply the same mindset to how I eat. Less superfluous unneeded crap and more high quality things that I love. I've already lost 11 lbs and I feel healthier mentally. Thank you for all you do!!!
So many congrats to you for beating your PCOS. I find it quite funny, that on the day you upload this video, I am told by my own doctor, that my PCOS have been beaten down as well. Only took 8 months of work work in the gym and kitchen hahaha You have been such an inspiration for me through these last many months and I look forward to more videos about keeping with the routine
I'm glad your results are so steady! :) I'm sure it's a relief knowing keto was the right decision for you. I'd love to see a video about adrenal fatigue and your insulin resistance busting tips. And no one blames you for wanting to take some time to yourself! It's great that you're trying to push out a variety of great projects, but don't forget to enjoy some of your time. :) I hope you're well!
Rachel, you look great but, what is more important, you look HAPPY! And do you know what? You deserve it. Good job and thank you for sharing it! Kisses from Spain!!
I'm so relieved you're taking about adrenal fatigue and needing time out - watching how much you do is like watching myself a year or so ago, before I completely crashed into stage 3. It's not worth burning out! The recovery is awful :( I've also found out recently that I have insulin resistance and PCOS and tried keto but it was crashing my adrenals hardcore and I had to stop 😩 clearly wasn't for me sadly! It's working for you which is so good, you seem happy and healthy and your blood work is great!
I'm genuinely so happy for you!! I recently found out I have pcos and it's been really hard, it's really nice and refreshing to see you sharing your experience dealing with pcos. You have inspired me to go keto and it's been so helpful for weight loss, I'm so happy I'm finally seeing results. Thank you! your pcos videos is one of my favourite series on yt ❤️️❤️️
Hey Rachel, it's literally been my dream to work out as early as you do- but do you worry about your safety, walking around at 4 in the morning on your own?
Vera R Also just in case rachel doesnt see your comment, you might want to get into a self defense class or see which weapons (like pepper spray) you can legally carry in your area. If you can't carry any, keys held between the fingers are legal everywhere I think and make for a great weapon. It's also heavily dependent on your area, if it's an area that's frequently labeled as dangerous I wouldn't risk it and instead just go to a local gym. Having a buddy tag along is also a very good idea no matter how safe the area is said to be. And if you're dead set on going for jogs in the morning, look into your local schools tracks, those are often open to the public and usually fairly safe. Hope this helps!!!
Deedee Dan Pepper spray is not legal in Australia. That said, I've never felt unsafe here, even in the city, so there's that... our crime rate is extremely low compared to anywhere else in the world. Obvi it's always good to be aware of your surroundings and be as safe as you can but it's just not a big concern here in most areas, it's fine.
Rachel please do make that video explaining how to start on the right track with keto. Eating the right fats, vegetables, fruits and nuts etc! Ive been diagnosed with PCOS more then 6 years ago (25 years old right now) and so far nothing has help me. Ive seen a naturopathy and now i feel like im getting on the right track. Shes not against keto but I also dont think shes as knowledgable with it! Please do make a series helping PCOS keto beginners! Im so happy with your results. Take care! Please everyone like so she can see ^_^
Can you release the mindset coaching as a separate course? I'm a yoga teacher, and practice a lot so workout & gym stuff isn't for me but a mindset course would be AMAZING, I know social media shows mostly the good stuff but you always seem so efficient and on track with your business so I think I could learn loads from you! 💕
Hey beautiful lady, I have been admiring you since months.. I have PCOS too.. I am 18 years old, I am very scared and tensed. I want my body to be healthy as soon as possible. My doctors always says to reduce weight. That is only the way to cure PCOS. I dont have any friend with pcos to talk to about it and share my problems. Your videos are awesome and helped me alot.. Please help me more and give a little more knowledge to cure PCOS ❤ I love you.
Hi Rachel, I'd love a video on adrenal fatigue because I've been reading about it and the symptoms seem to make sense but the main medical websites I can see state that there isn't medical evidence for it as a health condition (i.e. the symptoms are caused by other diagnosable conditions). You engage with scientific research which I always appreciate in your advice.
Rachel, thank you so much for your help with women with PCOS. Would you be able to make a blog post / video about list of resources for people looking into keto? Having the right ratio of macros to not damage my body is scaring me away from keto.
I'm so glad your bloodwork is finally back to a normal range, overall!! Whether "adrenal fatigue" as it's currently reported exists or not -- the effects of chronic stress/overwork on the body are undoubtedly real & you definitely need to reassess if your get-up-and-go lifestyle are really working for you. Sometimes that passion can be your downfall, unfortunately... :/ But I'm still so glad about the health update. Both for your PCOS & that the keto diet seems to be working out great for you! I'd transitioned to low carb a couple months ago because of a lot of GI issues & subsequent malabsorption -- I've been anemic for years, my B12/folate/biotin are extremely low despite supplementation. But it wasn't getting better, so I just got re-evaluated & it's good ol' Celiac Disease! So I'm definitely taking low carb even more seriously, especially with the "gluten-free" tacked onto my restrictions, & you're my go-to TH-camr when it comes to nutrition tips. [I mean, aside from medical advice. No replacement for that!]
I really admire your dedication and hard work! Also love that you make all of your own food. I totally recommend buying yourself a beautiful wood cutting board. It will help keep you knives from dulling too quickly and it's a bit safer (keeps knives from slipping)
Hi Rachel, would love a video on adrenal fatigue. Any other tips you have for people experiencing fatigue daily (despite efforts to maintain a healthy lifestyle) would be great, too! Love your channel :)
Notification popped up and I immediately exited out of the video I was watching lol. Love your videos! Could you do one about your acupuncture experience? 💕
girl......i am a doctor.......i can't give you any diagnosis based on just 2 or 3 results, but PLEASE be careful giving people biased advice. Your cortisol is ok as far as i see; you should also know that basal cortisol alone says little and needs further investigation with better test if needed. I am glad you take control over your health though, that is awesome and i admire it!!
The frustrating thing is I can only run in the morning because of college, work, and temperature. But in the morning it's not safe to be outside where I live. I love to run, but I also don't want to be kidnapped or shot😕
Meg B Have you checked around local schools to see if their tracks are open to public use? A lot of them are in my experience, so maybe you could drive over to a track and it'd be a lot safer!
I can't really tell what it is precisely but you seem different, as in your personality. You seem a bit more positive and happy and and joyful. It was really nice to watch! Could you do a video on how to get started with sports or working out in gerenal? I'm kind of motivated to work out mentally but when it comes to actually standing up and go for a run or something... Everything shuts down haha xx
I love the red lipstick! It's so amazing how our bodies are all so different is t it!? I would love to hear about the insulin resistance or whatnot that you mentioned. Take care girl!
This is awesome! Congratulations on the good results! Pls do a detailed video on how you achieved these results! Also what exactly did you ask the dr to test? My dr is hopeless at ordering the right tests and I have to tell her what to test for
I would love any & all information, help, understanding on adrenal fatigue BUT I don't have Instagram, I'm so sorry. Do you have a website, blog, Facebook group that I could reach out to? Thank you for your time & help!
Hahaha omg I love that "GOOD MORNING" so tough like a teacher that is pissed with his class< 3 love you Rachel. As always your videos are beautiful and so helpful!
Very helpful video. Cant wait to hear more on this topic :) i have pcos and Im really struggling with it still. My herbalist told me to eat a high grain diet and its making me nervous with all the carbs hah. If it doesnt work Im thinking of trying a keto diet so these videos are really informative and helpful!
WOW you've lost so much weight! I'm also around the same starting weight of 72kg and want to get down to 55kg as I'm 5' 4". I'm giving myself 6 months to lose 17kg! Wish me luck!
I love that you don't promote keto for everyone! What I see in so many people is they think what they're eating is the best way for everyone, when in reality different things can work for different people.
I am very interested in info on healing insulin resistance. I am a pre diabetic and have a horrid diet, but it's been bad for so long that I get anxiety over trying new foods :/ So any advice on healing the resistance is fabulous :)
Girl you need to buy a garlic skin peeler. It's this rubber tube, you chuck the cloves in it and the roll it and it pulls the skin off they're great! Hahaha
I had really low iron 12 months ago and my GP gave me an iron infusion, which is a much more effective and fast way to get your iron up to healthy levels, especially because I was practically anaemic and I was suffering from lightheadedness and fatigue. Because my iron was so low I had to do two infusions but they got my iron up from 16 to 40. Since then I've had a third one but even if I hadn't had the third my iron had stayed up in the healthy range, which is such a relief because I felt so bad last year. Could be something you might want to consider as it's so much more effective than supplements or diet.
You have such a strong mindset! I am small girl with barely any fat but I want muscle definition. I cant make myself change my diet. I love pasta, bread, pizza and rice. I dont eat much processed sugars but the carbs really get me! Do I have to change my diet while I workout almost every day at yoga to see a difference?
I am so inspired by your pcos story . Do you recommend Keto for every pcos sufferer? I've tried to do keto so many times but can't stick to it . I enjoy counting macros and have lost weight with it but it doesn't help with the pcos symptoms .
When you test your thyroid, are you testing Free T4, Free T3 and Reverse T3 as well? I went years thinking I had "adrenal fatigue" until my thyroid totally crashed. I finally paid for these additional tests out of pocket and discovered I has hypothyroid. Later had antibodies tested and found out I had Hashimoto. I'm now being tested for thyroid cancer as well due to a calcified nodule, and they want to run some tests on my heart, which is also related. I think a lot of people who think they have "adrenal fatigue" actually are hypothyroid. Be careful. Like you, I got well for a while on paleo-keto and then I slid backwards big time. I've done a lot of damage to my body not being properly treated for low thyroid function. By the way, my TSH is always normal. Even on the last test, despite my thyroid being a balloon in my neck now!
Can you talk about how you deal with fatigue? I'm always extremely tired regardless of how my sleep I get. I'm very healthy btw. Caffeine has never had an effect on me I'm just not sure if there are any natural stimulants that would work for me?
Why should your cortisol be "around 440"? Your result of 270 is in the normal range and towards the lower end - why would you conclude that this is a sign that you're overworked/stressed? If anything, that result suggests that you're perfectly fine?
Damn Rachel! Looking very slim. Nice Work! For anyone attempting Keto whilst training boxing/MMA, it's very complex and difficult. It's mainly self-experimenting and little tweaks you have to do, so it really is more of an Art. You do have to do your research on it, and not be so ignorant. Keto's not for everyone though, and there are plenty of other diets out there if you're still ignorantly scared of fat.
I was recently diagnosed as insulin resistant and my dr just put me on metformin to my knowledge im a "pre diabetic" but he hasn't advised me of any other lifestyle changes it would be awesome if you could film some tips to help get me through it and work on correcting my levels 😉
Not a loaded question at all....but do you actually believe in 'adrenal fatigue'? I'm studying Biomedical Science and I've researched into it a bit and can find very little evidence that it actually exists. If you do do a video on it....would you mind linking the articles that you got your info from just because I'm intrigued 😊 I can see the logic behind what people think AF is but I've never been able to find any solid science.
hanzib31 HPA axis dysfunction is how they're describing it nowadays and I'm sure Rachel knows that but is speaking in terms that are easier for us laymen to get.
Kendra Helmes yeah... that being an actual physical problem. I hear the phrase adrenal fatigue thrown around a lot and a lot of people have no measurable sign of actual hormone imbalances. I just wonder what she's defining it as.
hanzib31 you can't find any solid science because no scientific evidence supporting it exists. It's a disease made up by naturopaths to sell expensive supplements.
Agreed. I'm doing bioscience and nutritional med and we all agree. Maybe adrenal insufficiency and hpa axis dysfunction, but you can't fatigue your adrenals.... they are an organ that just keep working. Sure if your hormone levels aren't right it doesn't function to the optimum levels, but its not saying 'I might take a break today' or 'I might slow down'. Also just a symptom of a hormonal imbalance, not a diagnosed condition
Hi Rachel, just wondering does your 'regular' GP do your blood work or is that something your Naturopath looks at? If so, I'm also from Brisbane and looking for a good Naturopath and would love a recommendation - thank you for the video :)
Rachel, do you go to a physician or naturopath to test? I want to test because I can feel I have a lot of hormonal issues and I need to get some solid results. I'm lost...I don't know where to begin...
You should do a gym wear/gym outfits lookbok or something x) because your sporty outfits are the absolute best, they always inspire me to choose certain colors and cuts, and this has made all the difference, it makes me feel great & energized at the gym instead of sluggish and unattractive. i did not know this was a thing... now i'm like afraid to be overly stressed
I know Rachel's doing her thing but it is a fact thae WORST thing to do when you have adrenal/cortisol problems us going low carb-belive me....
holy crap, this kinda sounds like what i'm going through. constantly stressed and now in chronic pain with my back/legs... thanks for your comment! xo
MsSturbuck but she has pcos she needs a low carb diet
MsSturbuck Lol no.
Have you actually had adrenal fatigue or are currently still battling it after trying various diets?
Please, Rachel, do the video on adrenal fatigue. 💚
Elena R I agree!!!
Isn't that a BS pseudoscientific diagnosis?
Li Zett not when you're suffering with it! Trust me 😳
And how does one suffer from it? What are the symptoms? This is a serious question, nothing between the lines. I really want to know.
Li Zett Chronic exhaustion, depression, anxiety, sinus issues, trouble sleeping to name a few xx
Congrats!!! That is such a big step, keep it up😃
ChloeRae of Sunshine
Loved what you said! I will def try that!!! 😍
So many congrats to you for beating your PCOS. I find it quite funny, that on the day you upload this video, I am told by my own doctor, that my PCOS have been beaten down as well. Only took 8 months of work work in the gym and kitchen hahaha

Kween! You've worked so hard for what you have! Can't wait to see what's in store for the future 💪🏾🙌🏾
Oop peep these camera angles too, like you put so much thought into your vids even vlogs. Majorly underrated.
Merkwurdiig haha yay thanks for noticing!! I had to do that workout for a lot longer than 25mins 😅😂
I'm glad your results are so steady! :) I'm sure it's a relief knowing keto was the right decision for you. I'd love to see a video about adrenal fatigue and your insulin resistance busting tips. Rachel, you look great but, what is more important, you look HAPPY! And do you know what? You deserve it. Good job and thank you for sharing it! Kisses from Spain!!
Love you Rachel! Congratulations on your results, you're always such an inspiration, always showing us everything is possible if you work hard for it.
Yes please about adrenal fatigue - I think I jst experienced that
Awh its so good that you're chilling out more and taking more days off, I can't believe you're so productive and energetic every day, so inspiring! X
I’m so happy for you Rachel 😊 ur hard works finally pay off!!
I'm so relieved you're taking about adrenal fatigue and needing time out - watching how much you do is like watching myself a year or so ago, before I completely crashed into stage 3. It's not worth burning out! The recovery is awful :(
I've also found out recently that I have insulin resistance and PCOS and tried keto but it was crashing my adrenals hardcore and I had to stop 😩 clearly wasn't for me sadly! It's working for you which is so good, you seem happy and healthy and your blood work is great!
Rachel, this has to be one of your best videos. Thank you.

Aleena Maryam it's definitely tricky when you're still trying to figure out what's going to suit you best! Glad to hear you're making some progress!
Hey Rachel, it's literally been my dream to work out as early as you do- but do you worry about your safety, walking around at 4 in the morning on your own?
Vera R I pity the man that tries to take advantage of Rachel that early in the morning
Jessie150 I bet the beat down would somehow be aesthetic af
Yeah my mind went straight to safety. I am always worried about walking the same routes and the wrong person noticing that. I hope she stays safe!
Can't wait for the insulin resistance video! Glad your numbers were better that's so exciting! Love your videos!!
really looking forward to the insulin resistance video!!
I love seeing you so happy!!!

Wow, Rachel it is amazing what you have achieved! Good job that you have found a way to that helps you with your health and general wellbeing :)
Hi Rachel, I liked the music with the video. Also, it was super cool with the plate how it was used. Awesome video!!!
I had to stop keto because it gave me adrenal fatigue and sent my cortisol through the roof:(
Me too. It helped my insulin resistance and lost so much weight but my adrenal fatigue was awful. And I don't take any stimulants.
Marie Ostreiko nope just 1 normal black coffee like i have always
Done.
A lot of women can't go full keto. Same with fasting.
Hi Rachel, I'd love a video on adrenal fatigue because I've been reading about it and the symptoms seem to make sense but the main medical websites I can see state that there isn't medical evidence for it as a health condition (i.e. the symptoms are caused by other diagnosable conditions). Just got your nutritional and detox guide! Excited to try them this week!
Lol I can't figure out which body type I am.

Hi rach please do the video on fixing insulin resistance and adrenal fatigue
This is awesome! Congratulations on the good results! Pls do a detailed video on how you achieved these results! Also what exactly did you ask the dr to test? My dr is hopeless at ordering the right tests and I have to tell her what to test for
Would you ever consider making podcasts? I would listen to them 24/7
Has Keto affected your cholesterol? What were your results for that? Xx
Janika Eve I forgot to mention it but I put the screenshot up on the screen xxx
Rachel Aust Oh sorry! I'll have to go and rewatch it xx
Hey Rachel! Love this video & you looked stunning, love from Mexico.
Awesome editing!!
Rachel can you do a gym clothes collection video? Which include your sports bras and shoes?
Yes, Please do a video on adrenal fatigue! Thank you!

I am very interested in info on healing insulin resistance. I am a pre diabetic and have a horrid diet, but it's been bad for so long that I get anxiety over trying new foods :/ So any advice on healing the resistance is fabulous :)
I heard that taking L-lysine can help with the absorption of iron, so I recommend looking into that if you're struggling with low iron levels.
I loooooove this tipe of video!!! 💖
Great results Rachel. What were your testosterone levels previously?
Hey Rachel! Not sure if you'll see this but do you think going keto will help my endometriosis? Love your channel! 💐
Girl you need to buy a garlic skin peeler. It's this rubber tube, you chuck the cloves in it and the roll it and it pulls the skin off they're great! Hahaha
Tianab59 you might have just saved my life
Tianab59 I need to try one of those bad boys!
Tianab59 if you smash the garlic with the side of the knife using your palm the garlic skin comes off much quicker!
you can put a whole garlic in a container and shake vigorously, they will come out clean!
What to you think about the low FODMAP diet?
You have such a strong mindset! I am small girl with barely any fat but I want muscle definition. I cant make myself change my diet. I love pasta, bread, pizza and rice. I dont eat much processed sugars but the carbs really get me! Do I have to change my diet while I workout almost every day at yoga to see a difference?
I am so inspired by your pcos story . Do you recommend Keto for every pcos sufferer? I've tried to do keto so many times but can't stick to it . I enjoy counting macros and have lost weight with it but it doesn't help with the pcos symptoms .
Where did you get that knife???!!!! I need one, its beautiful ❤😍
Love!
Can you talk about how you deal with fatigue? I'm always extremely tired regardless of how my sleep I get. I'm very healthy btw. Caffeine has never had an effect on me I'm just not sure if there are any natural stimulants that would work for me?
Now that you don't have Insuline Resistance anymore can you start with a "normal" diet or do you still have to stick to keto?
Why should your cortisol be "around 440"? Your result of 270 is in the normal range and towards the lower end - why would you conclude that this is a sign that you're overworked/stressed? If anything, that result suggests that you're perfectly fine?
How do you know what kind of exercises you need to do and how to do them exactly by yourself?
Do you cook with salt?
kimoy morgan sodium must be increased on keto
What knife is that? It cuts so smoothly .
Could you specify the Greek keto options ?
Rebecca Shields kind of always been my conclusion too... but I'm willing to listen to her point of view. 😜
If so, I'm also from Brisbane and looking for a good Naturopath and would love a recommendation - thank you for the video :)
what was the second dress you wore and what size in the nadine dress were you, I want to get the same size
Hi Rachel. Would you recommend Keto for someone who suffers from Endometriosis. 😘
Def keep chill 🙏
Did you eat both salmon pieces?
Rachel, do you go to a physician or naturopath to test? I want to test because I can feel I have a lot of hormonal issues and I need to get some solid results. I'm lost...I don't know where to begin...
