These actors and actresses are too good to make me cry.
I had a boss like that, everyone was scared of him. So we had a large house and guess where the party was held. I knew his wife from school and his children attended with the kids. I loved it. We had so much fun it was a family party. He was told by his wife unless he could be nice and have fun and he was not invited.

Well at work it's a little tough to ignore your boss since you could be fired like the janitor. I love Serj my number one actor was a bad boy even on Christmas. However, I loved the part when his wife stood up to him which caused his heart to soften; that was Beautiful and the little girl was so cute! Wonderful ending!

The character of the boss is incredible, at outside he is just like grinch and hard on others , but inside he is a humiliated child who never got to celebrate Christmas

I wish there was somewhere that I could find the names of the actors, writers, crew, and director. Kudos to all that took part in this production. Of exceptional note, Serj really delivered in this role. He was truly believable from beginning it end. He really is an excellent actor. He drove this episode in my eyes and everyone stepped up to his performance, which could be also due to the director. The actors that played the Janitor and Serj's wife were also greatly effective and stepped up and delivered. This was a well written episode and delivered the message of what Christmas is, should be and should not be lost.

It's so crazy how a parent can change you into something so dark , even though it's based on how strong you are in whether you choose to become negative or positive in life don't matter what you been through I guess everyone handles it differently, but it's depressing honestly, and everytime I see a grumpy person It runs through my mind what they've been through to be like this or were they just born miserable. Everyone goes through so much traumatic experiences , if I have to take in the world's problem I'd probably get a massive heart attack cause I don't have the power to help all I'd wanna help 😭... this was so good cause a lot of frustrated mixed minded people like to ruin other people's lives just because they're living miserably and unhappy 🙁 smhhh tough world honestly really tough and depressing 😔

I usually see him play as a villain in many episodes. He was trying to have an office party for his colleagues but his boss won't have it and he got fired for it but in the end, He changed his evil ways and decided to celebrate Christmas. Seriously, the actor who portrays the boss really knows how to tick me off. He's a total monsters whose cruelty knows no boundaries! You can't charge someone with vandalism simply for decorating for the holidays! And what right do you have to make sure they'll never work in this town again! Somebody really needs to give him a slap in the face in one of these videos and stand up to him, because he's nothing but a bully!

At 5:20, the boss fires the janitor. Then he tells him he's going to have to clean up the decorations. The janitor should have said no. "You just fired me, so I no longer work for you and you can't tell me what to do."

It is Christmas eve right now. Serj who played the boss is quite excellent at playing the toxic and nasty boss. He does well playing the bad boss since he sounds so tough with his employees. Istan, when he plays the bad boss is quite funny and I kind of laugh when he is playing the bad boss since it reminds me that he is such a comedian. You know, Christmas is a very special holiday and it is almost everybody's favorite Holliday. In fact I was researching that when people work for the government, most government jobs are great because they let people have the holiday off to celebrate with loved ones and more vacation days and weekends off. As I hear Mariah Carey's song once says "all I want for Christmas is you", she explains that many people want to see their loved ones rather than to just get gifts. Gifts, you can always buy but time with family cannot be bought on a special Holliday. Merry Christmas Eve everybody🎄🎅🎁😁🦌.
