All of these actors are very good at playing their character in this film. I have to say, nobody would ever want to work for a toxic and selfish boss. Many people are already there to earn money to support themselves and family. I heard from a podcast that most people don't quit their jobs, they quit their bosses because even though they like their jobs, they do not want to work for such a bad boss who is creating a toxic environment.
