omfg I have this idea with the portal gimmik: Put it at the end of a 5+ min top 30 and make it possible to die to it. This makes it work with nerves. Make the less precise timings the things you can die to and make the really precise timings into these portals.
If you fail, you have to constantly reexpirience that part while at like 180 heartrate. And because the precise and less consistent timings are the portals, you inevitably have to do it multiple times
