How did you find the controls/ responsiveness of the game? From the first few clips, it looked like it wasn't the most responsive game out there (and sort of what you'd expect from a mobile game, especially one from 2009), though it seemed somewhat better in the later clips.
Not as bad as it looked, but not as tight as you would want from what should be a MAINLINE sonic game. It didn't feel like an uphill battle by any means, Episode 2 was much tighter, I had a bunch of clips of me almost falling to my death and saving with tails like last second, I just couldn't find them lol Thanks for watching Dragorin!
Sonic 4 Ep. 1 has caused me a lot of trauma and I'm not joking. Trying to earn all of the achievements is painful. In the Sonic Mania reveal trailer, we learn that Sonic 4 is forgotten about. Sega wants people to forget about it. The classic timeline is as follows: Sonic, Sonic 2 (you could count the Master System/Game Gear version as a prequel to Sonic 2), Sonic CD, Sonic 3 & Knuckles, Sonic 4 Ep. 1 and Ep. 2, Sonic Generations, Sonic Mania, Sonic Forces (classic Sonic gets teleported to that game and as of Sonic Generations, there are two timelines, Classic Sonic and Modern Sonic) and the newest Sonic game, Sonic Superstars. It's best to forget about Sonic 4 Ep. 1 because it's so awful. Is it bad? No, it is fun but at times is very frustrating. Also, sorry that I haven't interacted with the channel for a while, it seems like my mental health is getting even worse. I got banned off of Reddit for a week for posting about not wanting to be here anymore. Fair isn't it? I did nothing wrong, the moderator of that subreddit lied about me evading a ban and Reddit just believes it. Also got banned from a Discord server for mentioning that. Made me lose more hope in humanity if I'm being honest.
I'm not really in the know on what is suppose to be a good sonic game, and what is bad. I have a few more left in my backlog, including unleashed, mania, generations, and adventure. I have played adventure before years ago but didn't beat it, not much memory of it. Sonic cd feels like it would be fun and good after putting hours into knowing the levels inside and out. I know there are players that enjoy that process, for me, a casual sonic fan, it would be nice if the game was fun of the hop, and also gave me a reason to want to master the levels. I Def understand why people enjoy it though. Appreciate you watching!
Thoughts on Sonic 4? My search for a "good" sonic game continues! I have a few more left in my backlog! Thank you for watching!

I feel like you’re purposely playing all the mediocre ones, except cd I just think you’re wrong there.
