8:23 the problem with stealing from corporations is that they want to make money, and when the theft gets bad enough, they just shut down the store and move on. Then suddenly you jave neighborhoods with nowhere to shop, and the residents seem shocked how it could possibly have happened.
People get shocked when more things get locked up. Meanwhile some people who work there might have a hard time finding a job if it does shut down or lose hours while the big Corps can move on and still make the money.
@camellia_vt I believe some places depending where you are offer shelters or food drives or some recendents offer a home for homeless people. Just really depends where you are. Also homeless people rarely steal from my experience, the ones who do are mostly getting other things not food as you seen in the video. Steal and sell on the blackmarket. 😢 Sucks but we can't do anything about it....
To be fair a vast majority of workers weren't 'essential' so I can get the frustration. After it's all said and done and the actual numbers came out I think a lot of people were pissed 😅

You are another person on youtube from whom I hear that it is ok to take veggies if you steal from the rich. Something like Robin Hood? The stereotype of the good and polite Canadian has succumbed in ruins! That's the way it is with stereotypes. This may be due to the fact that in the US there are no places where you feed poor people? There are countries in Europe (I live in one) that there are places where you can get food if you are poor. And we are not even rich in Poland. We have the most expensive games on steam because nobody care in steam/valve corp. We earn 3-4 times less or more than Norwegians and Swiss but we have to pay the most. But for that we have few homeless and feed the poor. True, the government robs us at every opportunity, we are still waiting for the breathing tax. Crazy world we live in. If I were braver I would become a youtuber or vtuber but for the latter, actually for both you need a lot of money to start such an adventure seriously. Well, thanks for your reaction. Yes Poland takes care of their people better. Also I am 100% joking about stealing. I rather tax the rich than steal from them. I’m a silly anime girl making a joke. But as someone who has been homeless and been to food banks I don’t think a lot of people understand how bad it’s in Canada right now. Remember this is the internet and jokes happen.
