I always say, "If you're going to build a survival shelter, always build it tall enough to stand up in and wide/long enough to lay down in stretched out." That's a tad bit short, in height, is it not? It also looks a bit short in width and/or length as well. But hey, it's your head and NOT stretched out legs in jeopardy. (grins) Forgive me for not wanting to be cramped if I rent that place. Of course, I'm 6'2". So ya, needs to be BIGGER! (grins) But you are not building it for me, are you? But even you seem too big for that tight space? OUCH! I just bumped my head watching you. 🤯 I don't understand why almost all you builders make these dwellings so small and cramped? It would not be that much more work to add 6 -> 8 inches in height and/or length/width. Why the bare minimum? Man, just barely able to lay down, but still both your feet and head are touching the ends, not an inch to spare.

I never considered but I wonder what they do with the shelters and buildings they make, like do they leave them for a local to use.
They are left to rot along with modern construction trash left all over the place. There are videos of it. In case you didn't know most of these types of videos are fake, and every single one on this channel is. The holes are dug over a few days by a large team with modern machines and so on..
