    some clients find agency rude .. 1st they wont give feed back to those not choosen .. these agencies attitude also refects legit company

    Can you be more specific in terms of approaching specific people as hiring managers because obviously there’s no way we can approach xyz hiring manager titles on LinkedIn most probably they will have titles like Technical lead or product managers?

      You can choose whatever you want! Typically if you have a strong interest area or passionate about something, that would be a great place to start.

      Depends on your target market. Recruiter Lite could be good to test it out

    Preston, when we send an inquiry to a company to "connect", should we state that we "specialize" or have access to good candidates (that could fit their job order or open slot) ? I know we should be brief and the "connection" is what we initially seek.
