WOW a brave man taking a brush to brand new wagons, and a lot of them. I don't know if this is your first attempt at weathering? but you made a excellent job of them.
Now the class 37 needs the same treatment brave fella?
I have the CDA China clay version which I think are the same size as the HDAs. I bought the Accurascale Dellner magnetic couplings ACC2228 which bring wagons really close together and work well.
I noticed the CMX working and the Sharge redundant.

Many thanks. Yes the cmx does the donkey work so reliable .. ive done weathering with powders but was my first go with paints as for the 37 I was thinking exactly the same earlier lol. Might check those couplings out. I had used Hunt couplings before but I've had them uncouple on the helix !!! So given up on them...

I wasn't brave enough to weather my own wagons. I ended up buying some Cavalex HAA's & went for a mix of heavy & medium weathering.

I practiced on an old hornby one first as it was my first go at weathering anything with enamel paints..
