Where in Taiwan, a ban on euthanizing impounded animals took effect in 2017, /the NO-KILLING policy has boosted the high numbers of animals kept in shelter without a significant growing of adoption rate. Taiwan is a small country with a population of over 21 million, the homeless dog numbers is now over 150,000 stray and 20,000 are kept in the shelter for adoption.

To use a wine analogy, this is one of those Rush songs that sounds better and better overtime. I wish they had performed this song earlier in the year but they wait till so much later to go live.

As a retired musician who is suffering the effects of ageing, the phrase "Then flooding through her memories, the echoes of old applause" chills me to the bone.

I must confess that I have lost count of the frequency with which I have encountered this particular occurrence. Each instance in which I am presented with the impression of Neil during the "Some are born to move the world" segment, I am consistently moved on an emotional level.
