We bought this wonderful property as our family home. We were blown away by the location - so calm and peaceful despite being so close to the excellent shops, primary and secondary schools together with all the other amenities that we needed. It is spacious yet homely and has been easily adapted as our needs changed. Our two daughters grew up here and we had huge fun entertaining both indoors and out.
All of us loved the garden, as in recent years have our grandchildren. It’s a really lovely, vibrant space and the pedestrian access to Froghall Drive meant a very easy walk to St Crispin’s for our girls. The plot used to be the orchard for Frog Hall and at the end of the garden is a large (brick with slate roof) former apple store which is ripe for conversion - whether to a home office, workshop or gym.
The house has such potential for any buyer. Whoever that might turn out to be, as I relocate to Yorkshire and downsize, I wish them many happy years in a delightful home!

I can't imagine knocking down a 900k house. Surely the land isn't worth that much? I'd re-do the kitchen and paint everywhere.

First and foremost, I’m loving this mini series on Avocado Properties. Always nice to have a nosey and gives me more to think about!
This house looks like it set out to be Ideal Homes House of 1963, or some such, but failed to win the prize. It’s lovely and in desperate need of some TLC. After studying the plans carefully, the website, and watching your video several times over, I fear it has several fundamental design flaws though. So, although it pains me to say it, I’m in #TeamDemolish and build 2 or 3 new two storey detached houses instead. There’s more than enough space, trees permitting. My guess is each new house could also command £900K.

The garden has so much potential and the house has such "good bones", it would be a shame to demolish it.
I would leave the ground floor mostly as is, with just updating the kitchen and perhaps expanding a little. I'm not a fan of "open concept" and would be relieved to find a house that has a separate kitchen.

Keep it .Decorate to your taste. Too many cookie cutter houses already. Don’t developer every single bit of land. Destroying open space and Englands green and lovely land for profit is so sad.

Team demolish! To me, the house as it stands doesnt have any odmf the ( many ) redeeming features of midcentury architecture, which is a shame. It looks quite generic, dull really. The grounds are lovely, you could build a beautiful modernist style home there with lots of glass. Costly though.
