  • 400g Yams
    1tsp coconut oil
    1tsp dry powder coriander
    1tsp paprika
    1 small onion
    4 cloves of garlic
    10g fresh coriander
    2 spring onions, with white and parts chopped
    I served with pesto grilled salmon and green beans. You can serve how you like.
