This is beyond oil pulling. I never was impressed with oil pulling, how ever adding salt and massaging the gums takes it to a whole new level, teeth are definitely whiter after 3 days and breath is better. Thank you Dr. Joshi, priceless information.

Roasting anything just enhances the taste of a thing. I don't think you need to roast methi for brushing.
