For #2 you're kinda wrong, there are thrall spells in the vanilla game that raise dead permanently, the staff is better though because it doesn't matter your conjuration level and I believe it can raise higher level dead than the thrall spells. I know that because I used the spell many times before upgrading to anniversary edition. Other than that it's a pretty solid video though. Subscribed.
