Some great DIY on Curls in the Rack channel. Even if aren't doing the specific project, it gets the creativity flowing.

Good discussion overall. I was surprised by the amount of people wanting the cheaper single pulley option but you’re right that if there’s a Rogue rack bias then their options aren’t great and could be having people go for the cheapest approach first.

Right, it is kind of surprising. There are also plenty who have probably not used any of the options discussed for their home gym and just went with the cheaper option.

I enjoy these videos way more than I should. I'm single, and kinda old, but surely there is no correlation. I recently got an RM-6 and a standalone Rhino, but I ended up putting the Rhino in the back of the rack so I could use it with a Slinger for some cable exercises. I've only been using this stuff for a few weeks, so I can't really make a firm judgement, but I think I'm gonna like it quite a bit. Getting the cabling dialed in for whatever exercise you are doing might be a bit of a challenge with this setup, but thus far I haven't run into any showstoppers.

Rep’s lat low row attachment has been amazing and a game changer since I got it. Not sure the route id go right now if I was buying everything from scratch if I’d get the Ares or just the lat low row attachment
