I do have the gift of discernment. Primarily through gut feelings and dreams. Even if you dont have this gift though, you can ask God to show you what you need to see about a person(I always pray this silently) and youll begin to see what a person is about.

i have dreams about things before they happen. secrets and demonic strongholds of my family were exposed to me as a child through symbolism in dreams, the same symbolism again and again. i never understood any of it. then i was born again in October 2023, and since then, the spiritual attacks and sleep paralysis have been crazy. I know God will being me through anything so I am not afraid. God placed me in an isolation season, and i lived in the country surrounded by his nature, which was calming to my spirit. Then he moved me back to my hometown, which is a lot busier, and I swear I can feel EVERYTHING. My senses are so heightened, I feel everyone's energy, even just living in an apartment complex. I'm still asking God to show me how to use this for his glory, and run everything past the holy spirit, so that I do not move reactively.

I just thought I was a heavy empath at one point. But once I learned what discernment was I knew that was it. It makes me feel bad sometimes because I can feel things before they happen and it won’t go away. I HATE it. Or I’ll know something before someone “shows”me. I’m glad I have it but sometimes I’m not.

I thought I was going to lose my mind..thought about suicide several times but I didn't want to hurt God or my family and friends...so I take Herbal supplements to relax me. I still dream everyday when I sleep..but hard to remember sometimes when I awaken, other times I write my dreams down...I do have to rebuke stuff and events I see like a snapshot...other then that am good 😊.
