Israel is another country that doesn't produce Certificates of no Empediment. So it's actually very important information for Israeli citizens too. In fact, it's so bad that even two Israeli citizens often can't get married legally in Israel. This is due to political reasons - the Israeli state doesn't want Jews getting married to non-Jews. The way we usually go around this, is getting married in countries like Cyprus and the Czech Republic, that also don't require these papers. And the Israeli state is forced by international treaties to recognize such marriages. So it's nice to know Denmark is like that too!

Hi Tewahdo. It can be complex with asylum seekers but it is possible if you have the appropriate documentation required by the Danish authorities.
