Boiler Drum Level Transmitter Calibration

Measurement of boiler steam drum level using a differential pressure transmitter must take into account certain physical properties of the fluid.
- The Steam drum contains a two-phase mixture of water and steam at saturation conditions.
- The densities of water and steam vary with saturation temperature or pressure.
- The density of saturated steam above water must be considered, as well as the density of saturated water in the drum.

ضغط البخار في الغلاية ٢٠بار والمستوي من٠ ل -٣,٥ kpa هل من الممكن قياس المستوي تحت هذا الضغط

بالطبع يمكن قياس منسوب الحلة عند ضغط بخار ٢٠ بار.

@@Set-Point القياس يكون بين ٢٠٠٠كيلو باسكال و٢٠٠٣,٥ كيلو باسكال إذا كانت نسبة الخطأ 0.1% سيكون قيمة الخطأ أكبر من القيمة المقاسة!

@@user-bl9sf6yd8q كلام سليم 👍 كلما نقصت قيمة الضغط في الحلة عن الضغط التشغيلي للمرجل (الضغط العامل) المعاير عليه اساسا فسوف تزداد نسبة الخطاء وبالتالي تتأثر دقة القياس. ويمكن ملاحظة ذلك بوضوح اثناء تشغيل المرجل حتى الوصول به للضغط العامل وذلك عن طريق المقارنة بالنظر الى منسوب الحلة على المظهر المحلي level gauge)
ومقارنته بمرسل الاشارة الاكتروني.
لذلك يتم معايرة مرسل الاشارة على الضغط التشغيلي للمرجل( الضغط العامل).

h min is distance from low side tapping to 0% or distance between bottom drum to 0%?

h min is minimum water level allowed ( measured or started from the bottom tap of the drum)

Did you miss to multiply the acceleration gravity to the static pressure?

if i got you well, there is no need to do it, as i mad an assumption of the static pressure in this example.
anyway i be will glad if you clarify more (in witch prat ),
