Very clear explanation. According to the conventional training programmes it's saying that the HP side of the DP transmitter is connected to Drum (Water) side and steam side connected to LP side of the DP transmitter. In this explanation, in Wet leg method HP side going to negative pressure. In actual mounting on our boiler HP side of the DP transmitter is connected to steam side (Top) of the boiler with condenser pot and LP side of the DP transmitter is connected to Drum (Water) (Bottom) side. This is true as per your explanation. Thank you very much 🙏

I have 1 question ❓ If coriolis design to use with liquids. Can we use for gas measurement?
Thank you for your good question. Practically let's say yes! but you need to change the parameters of calibration, and for sure you need to get back and check the manufacturer. Coriolis flowmeters can measure virtually all fluids and gases, as it used for single phase flow measurement. if you would like to use same flowmeter to measure liquid and gas, we call it two or multiple phases flow metering. When multiple phases are present, some of the basic assumptions made in Coriolis measurement break down. Primarily, the fluid no longer vibrates in sync with the flow tubes resulting in measurement errors.

@@inbatamilan1567 Hello Dear, and thank you for your question. To achieve travel times of > 1.5 s in small actuators, the air rate can be reduced with the restrictors Y1 and Y2 . By turning clockwise the air rate is reduced up to shutting off. To set the restrictors it is advisable to close them and then open them slowly (see initialization RUN3).

sir one doubt , you are considering H2=500 mm for the below tapping point, hence it's below the zero level, its could be H2=(-500 mm) so that it will be calculated as 2000-500 x 0.84, then answer will be 1260 mm right?

H2 is the distance from the transmitter to the lower point of the tank, as the tranmitter is installed under the tank (500mm), so when the tank is empty we still have the pressure effect of the liquid inside the pipe (impulse line). @@jitubabusay2826 Hello Dear, one of the solutions is to make scalling (in the plc ) of the analog output. by the way sipart ps2 has split range function, you can adjust parameters YA and YE , for example: set YA= 10 % and YE= 80%, that means valve will open from 10% to 80% (4mA at 10% to 20mA at 80 %)
