Yes, there are non-Christian sponsored candidates studying in CMC Vellore. If you are sponsored and a have good NEET score among the candidates sponsored by the same organization, you will get the seat.

We have to wait for updates from other colleges though.

If you are allotted a seat in round 1, but you don't take it, your security deposit will be refunded. Only in round 2, if you don't take an allotted seat, you will lose your security deposit.
In some deemed colleges like KMC Manipal Mangalore JSS Mysore and rest Karnataka and Odisha pvt hospitals its comparable to govt colleges. KMC interestingly has more patients than many newer AIIMS and govt colleges But these gems are few so choose wisely

If you think you can improve your performance by at least another 200-250 marks, it is worth repeating. Explain to your parents and convince them. But, if your score increases only by another 50-100 marks, then its of no use. You will be in the same position again.

I am not aware of any colleges being "black listed". Vinayaga is admitting students, so not sure why you consider them as black listed. Colleges need letter of permission and renewal permission to admit students. Just check MCI web site if you are doubtful of any college.

If you have locked your seat then fees will not be refundable but if you have not locked the seat then fees will be refunded.
