I need to practice. I just got it and my hair does NOT come out smoothly when I unwrap it like you do. It tangles. And I feel like it doesn’t get hot enough? When I do get it to work on some pieces I love it but I can’t get most of my hair to work with this. Not yet.

I have one and I got my hair hooked up in the brush and it won't come out. I had to quickly unplugged the brush and then take my time to unhook my hair. I have the same hair length.I hope I get it right the next time. Nice video.

To use this brush you need to blow dry your hair first which makes no sense to curlies. Second, you’ll have to put a lot of product in your hair first for it to glide. If not it will tuck and pull the hair. I returned it after trying it 3 times.

You should do small parts and try to make the perfect one
I’ve had the same issue my hair is not smooth at all and although setting it on the highest heat setting I don’t feel it’s hot enough?
