Environmental clearance date se project ka commencement mana jata hai.. & EC ki date se 1℅ of project cost deduction hota hai.. Nowadays builders started launching with EC.. Due to which cancellation mein 25000+1℅ project cost cutting ab ho ri.. Jo phle ni thaa.. Previous EC bhut tym bdd ata tha

I have booked flat in Mahira Homes Sector 104. I have already paid 20% plus the booking amount. There's another demand of 12% in next month. I'm not willing to continue with this builder just because of other projects are being delayed. I would really appreciate if anyone can suggest whether I should cancel or not. I don't like to go with this builder. Please share your thoughts 🙏

Consumer court can be one option. In Principle construction work of any type at site can't be validly without Environmental clearances at without risk of adverse action on complain to agency
As per your video refund before and after allotment rights should be within govt.

In sec 45 Faridabad, in Sarvome affordable project in two bedroom scheme, there is no any construction work started since the project was launched more than one year ago. Due to this, my bank is not disbershing the payment to the builder . 90 per Loan was sanctioned to me in very starting phase. 10 per I had deposited. Has the builder right to impose late payment penalty. What can/ should I do ?
