Amy says it's a mixture of not caring any more and realizing that everyone hates themselves and understanding that we're all having a tough time. I think that's really good advice for anyone who is struggling with confidence.

When the camera panned out, they seemed to be laughing sometimes. And the reason Amy kept saying 'I should give shorter answers' is because a GOOD interviewer, will "interupt" you when they sense you're finished. If they don't do that, the interviewee feels compelled to just keep going and going because they want to fill the silence.
