This is called khichi.
After doing proper tightening, and after putting that gitti under that baddhi, leaving one badhi , the table automaticaly comes under proper tune.
No need of tunning.
Realy impressive yaar.

If your tabla is tuned in lower scale then you have to tight the tabla,
And your tabla tuned in higher scale then you have to loose your tabla, but check continuously tuning when you will tune tabla, then you will got, which way you have to tuned.
