It’s bizarre and unreasonable to claim that she invited him over and texted with him like she did, asking him to bring her things for the move, in order to appease him because she was afraid of him, when she was not afraid to allege to investigators and the court that he was sexually abusing their baby. People who are actually in these situations do not move out and spend three years making this level of allegations while also going to events and movies with their abuser, and it’s troubling that people are confusing this with an actual DV or battered spouse /self defence case. In the three years since she left him and moved out on her own he never retaliated or to her with violence or threats of violence- and someone as dangerous as she claims certainly would have. Likewise if she actually believed he had sexually abused their baby why was she texting him and inviting him over? They both sound like awful people drawn together by a shared love of guns and flash, but she was very clearly the one in control and manipulating everyone here.
