How about the fact that this woman HID the fact that she was pregnant, didn't bother telling the father that she gave birth, and did everything in her power to keep him away from THEIR child. No responsibility for her actions. If she didn't want a child with him, she should have NOT slept with him. She made a choice, now she has to live with that choice. Four things:
    1) She was never a Ballerina. She went to Ballet school for it but never actually became one. All she did was help Doug start the company. Further she never actually danced in the company.
    2) 2:04 - 2:08 Notice how ABC blurred out the Trump inauguration banner on the right. Go figure right?
    3) She dropped out of high school to pursue a dance career. If she hadnt done that, she might not have murdered Doug. Stay in school, kids. Stay in school.
    4) I feel sorry for Ashley's daughter Emerson and Doug's daughter Eva. Emerson lost her dad and her mom is probably going to prison. Eva lost both her parents before she turned 25. Both will be battling PTSD for a long time.

Good God, a THIRTY YEAR age difference? Third marriage attempt for hubz, 9 months after being widowed?

Oh my, how surprising this didn't work out.
They were both caught up in lust (for things beyond just sex on her part, I'm sure) and should never have wed.
As soon as it stopped being easy they were both outtie.
The husband may have had abusive or controlling tendencies, but I don't believe this woman needed to shoot the man so many times to defend herself. She even admits before this incident, he had never physically harmed her. What an avoidable tragedy. Use common sense, and don't let animal lust or selfish greed blind you. • @youtubing2334
      @youtubing2334 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

@@TaraVon He moved to Florida to be able to see his child, there was no reason for her to hang out with him or do the push and pull thing of making insane ne allegations then going to the movies and galas with him- this was her choice.
Here they had been living apart for 3 years when she invited him over and shot him from several feet away. She had no marks on her. No DNA or evidence he’d struck her or pulled a Weapon.
Long before this, she petitioned the court to terminate his parental rights, accused him of attempting to murder her by poison, and accused him of sexually abusing their 2 year old baby- these actions did not trigger violence, neither did her dating and possibly getting engaged to another man.
It’s bizarre and unreasonable to claim that she invited him over and texted with him like she did, asking him to bring her things for the move, in order to appease him because she was afraid of him, when she was not afraid to allege to investigators and the court that he was sexually abusing their baby.
People who are actually in these situations do not move out and spend three years making this level of allegations while also going to events and movies with their abuser, and it’s troubling that people are confusing this with an actual DV or battered spouse /self defence case.
In the three years since she left him and moved out on her own he never retaliated or to her with violence or threats of violence- and someone as dangerous as she claims certainly would have.
Likewise if she actually believed he had sexually abused their baby why was she texting him and inviting him over? They both sound like awful people drawn together by a shared love of guns and flash, but she was very clearly the one in control and manipulating everyone here.
She didn’t leave when he shot a hole in the ceiling or hit the dog, those happened before they had their wedding reception and before she actively pursued a pregnancy. When she left, she left the animals behind and left a letter complaining more about the state of the house and the repairs needed than his insane behaviour.
Getting a lawyer, filing for divorce, arranging visitation for the child but not going to galas with him were all options she had and chose not to take.

This is a major reason why I don’t support police. They can arrest us for defending ourselves they don’t deserve our support.
Prosecutor shamelessly looking for a pound of flesh.

I don’t know what the problem was with the married couple but they had a roof over their heads and they had enough money for their children to feed; now the husband is dead and she’s incarcerated and going to court.
