I sadly missed some ingredients. Dod you add green pepper with seeds, then somethings else I'd not heard of , some fish type sauce? Of love it if you just put up some English for us so we can cook your blood and carry it on for the next generation 💝
Long beans curry with coconut milk : Long beans 500 g Salt (to taste) Chili powder 1 tsp Curry powder 1 tsp Turmeric powder ½ tsp Black pepper powder 1 tsp Maldives fish 1 tsp (I personally used dried anchovies and it turns out like 😍 (2 anchovies for 250g of beans)) Coconut oil 2 tbsp Mustard seeds ½ tsp Fenugreek ½ tsp Onion 1 (take a red onion to replace this indian rose onion if not available near you) Garlic cloves 5 (I used hing/Asa foetida instead) Cinnamon (1 stick) Green chili 5 Pandan leaves (just 1 long leave is enough) Curry leaves ~10 Coconut milk 1 ½ cups (I added more bc a love curry with a lot of sauce; ~200 ml) I hope I helped you! ☺️

I had hing to replace garlic and less onion in my version; it's more digestible for my fragile stomach... But the same amount of chili 😄
