Nice work Miles! Congrats on busting those upper ball joints out without an extension! I rarely was that lucky in. The 15 years I was in the front end business. Nice car and the Keystones will be the perfect touch on that lovely ride! Btw, I was sitting on pins and needles hoping you would replace those lower control arm bushings. When they go they can go quickly and take those front tires right with them. Yup I learned that the hard way lol. Nice work!

It amazes me how many difficult interior parts there actually are in older American cars. A lot of trim , like the chrome inside Mikes car, around the windshield. Plus, a lot of US built cars changed completely, after sometimes a very short production run.
I like old Chrysler products, especially the Newport's and New Yorkers. I also like the comradery of all the guys that work together, and the craftsmanship they deliver. Truly "Old World" quality, amazing. I never get tired of watching Scott hammering dents out of chrome and/or RVS Citroen trim
    Thanks all,
    Bas.

That brings back memories, in 1966 my older brother bought his new '66 Plymouth Sport Fury and he gave me his 1963 Sport Fury. The '66 was more luxurious than the '63. That was back in the day when you could "special order" a car from the factory, built the way you wanted it. Both of our Fury's were special order ones.

When I was a kid. We lived in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The next door neighbor had two 1966 plymouth fury III two door hardtop just like yours. One was red like yours and a dark turquoise one. I don't remember the husband but the wife had silver hair and was very pretty. My dad drove a 1962 ford ranch wagon. I never understood why our car was never high class like our neighbors. 😊

I like the "Commando V8" emblems on the fenders. Back in 63 our neighbor had a new Fury with "Golden Commando Power" emblems on the fenders which meant the mighty 383 was under the hood. This 66 is really a sweet ride. Hope you can find some matching fabric for the front seats. I've seen black available but not the red. Can't wait for the reveal!

Very good, Miles. Very, very good. This is a prime example of a smart, driver's quality resto that you can enjoy without sacrificing your portfolio in doing so. You picked your battles wisely, concentrating on the work that had to be done. I'm sure you will finish it well, and, most importantly, dial in everything correctly so you can actually ENJOY driving it. So many high ticket restos fall miserably short of the goal of achieving a solid, quiet, comfortable ride.

I know that mechanicaly you are an expert, but it is good to see you do a great job of STRETCHING yourself to learn more! Scott is a great teacher and it is so wonderful how he shares his knowledge! But you ARE the MOPAR man of the year! Cheers! Rich

    Dear Myles Moparfreak.
👍👌👏 Please don't worry too much. My excuse when I forgot something to mount before the next step (and I do that often 🙈) is: If you wanna have it nice, do it at least twice! 😁 ;-) Your Sport Fury is looking absolutely amazing. Although I prefer other colours than red for the interior, I very much like to admit, that this inside and outside colour combination respectively the whole vehicle, looks like artwork. All the shiny chrome/stainless steel trim makes it even more fantastic. Congratulations 🎉 Sir, you definitely did a great job.
Thanks a lot for making explaining recording editing uploading and sharing.
Best regards, luck and especially health to all involved people.
