Something else you could do for that new shopping district is change the building style to Shopping Mall, something else that also came with the Shopping Malls Content Creator Pack, which might fit in a bit better look wise? Though I guess it'd depend on what buildings end up popping up after the change.

An old sea fort on the peninsula is my recommendation. Your "downtown" area. Historic city area. It would be nice to see you try and design something you can't just plop down from a prefab.
If you want the airport to be realistic, you should aim both ends of the runway away from terminals and airport buildings. Runways have a "clearway" at each end of the runway so aircraft clears all obstacles when landing or departing. Other than that, the airport looks good!
Depending on which way the wind blows frequently in that area, an airport can get away with parallel runways. Heck, a lot of airports have only 1 runway and are perfectly safe!
I swear Kibz needs to work for his local community planning committee, he puts just as much effort into infrastructures aesthetics as it's functionality.

You missed using the new commercial district style of "shopping malls" for the new district. Take off that wall to wall specialization and set the district style and the buildings will look great.

See, I see the new roads with combined transportation method like monorail and tram tracks as waste. Your transportation system should form a network that cims can use to get from one point to another. Having both running on the same roads just leads in one or the other not being utilized. Run monorails in a North/South pattern and trams in an East/West pattern, for example, for good usage of both. Where they cross put hubs where the cims can transfer from monorail to tram.
Jesus Christ I almost died the way he put the monorail tram hub down? Just eyeballed it? Who's gonna tell him you can snap it to the road to keep the zoning perfect?

Just a warning, the harbour monorail hub is broken atm, so id hold off using it unless you're okay having a broken monorail system.
