Sometimes you have to drive down roads like that in a semi to reach your customer. It's fun to do occasionally, at least during the day.

The Greenville to Rigersville TN part of Hwy 70 isn't too bad IMO but Rogersville to Jonesville VA gets a few trucks trapped in the switchbacks when drivers follow GPS routing through there.
