Completely agree with what you said but for insurance purposes you need to be certified at least here in the uk and you can only get certified through an accredited school

Cosmetology school is your calling. You can do hair, skin and nail services with that degree. Otherwise you’d need a nail tech degree and an esthetician’s degree ... Cosmetology covers everything.
Maria rincón if you are in the state of California there is apprenticeships academy’s for cosmetology way cheaper than traditional cosmetology schools .. look up www.sbcapprenticeship.com for more information.

MaryJo A so the numbers represent the length. So if you were using a 0.05 (volume) diameter you would map out the length for inner corners, middle and outer corners depending on what look they want. So 9mm would be the length of the 0.05 lash. Does that make sense? 💕
Gisèle K. So .05 .07 .15 .18 etc. Would be the diameter of the lashes. .05 .07 are good for volume anything thicker I would use as classic so like your .15 or .18. Your length will be the numbers 9,10,11,12mm etc and are how long the lashes are.

I map out my sets based on the clients desired look paired with the shape of their eye to make it the most flattering I can!

My question is, doesn't have to be both sides the same rd map number to be even for both eyes?
Depends on the clients eye shape. Sometimes you have to tweak lengths if someone’s eyes don’t sit even with one eye sitting higher or lower
